Rich was fair, honest, and transparent during the assessment, and Emilio and Justin were efficient, tidy, and friendly when they replaced our water lines. They managed to minimize the impact on our property and finish early, while keeping precisely to the plan with no cost inflation. We will call TPD again.

I called touchdown plumbing for my local little league. In lakeside. He came out and helped us out with a leak that we had. Fixed the problem and gave us an honest quote. When the bill came it said have a good season. And touchdown plumbing covered it for the kids. What an amazing company

Great company. Rich came out same day to look at my water heater. He hasn't done work for me yet but he's given me a lot of information about what might be going on. He even advised me how get the part I needed covered under warranty. I'll definitely be calling him again.

Called for a estimate for a shower leak , a week later he shows up and takes 2 photos, no questions and leaves. Calls and wants 230 for a leak inspection, I said it was waste tube and need to replace shower tray, he calls all arrogant asking if I was gonna do the glass removal and tiles. I replied that I needed him to do that as part of the shower tray removal, I called him to work, not me. He never called back, don't waste your time calling them

Fantastic service! Rich responded right away, set up appointment for the next morning and showed up when he said he would. Extremely professional, clean truck, uniform, state of the art equipment. Went the extra distance to take care of the drain problem and the charges weren’t over what he quoted. Very reasonable. We will never use another plumbing company! We have had a year long plumbing saga and Richard and the Touchdown Plumbing team have been our saving grace. From fixing pinhole leaks to a full home repipe job, and most recently replacing our hot water heater - they have been fast, reliable, and affordable. I hope I don’t have to see another plumber for another 5 years but if I do I will be calling TD Plumbing!

We had an overall great experience with Touchdown Plumbing. We had a few faucets that needed to be replaced. It was easy to schedule a time and the team showed up on time. All communications with the owner and scheduler were prompt and easy. When one of the drains dripped the next day, a technician was immediately sent to make sure everything was perfect. I appreciated the company’s responsiveness , professionalism and effort to make sure everything was done completely correctly.
