We were very pleased with Touchdown Plumbing’s work. They installed a 2 way clean out for us and lined our old cast iron piping to the city main. We ran into some issues during the job with a collapsed pipe and Rich and his guys were able to help us through it in a thorough and efficient way.

Rich is quick at responding and he always kept us up-to-date with the job scope and if any issues came up. The prices he gave us are fair compared to other plumbers quotes.

We would definitely recommend Rich and Touchdown Plumbing to anyone we know and we would be happy to use their services again in the future.

Plumbing issues are never fun. Had a clogged main. Rich and his team responded quickly, addressed the clog, determined the cause and fixed the problem. Great communication, they made sure to put back what had to be moved and always cleaned up at the end of the day and job.

It was a full on touchdown with touchdown plumbing. These guys are legit. I called them because I was having an issue with my water pressure. Had a previous company come in and install a pressure regulator and it worked for a little bit but then it came out of adjustment. I contacted the company that installed it and they came to look at it. They said they needed to come back to replace the part and that they would be back the next day. They came back the next day and they had the wrong part. Not happy with that answer we contacted the owner and he showed up to adjust the pressure regulator but what he ended up doing is relieving all the Pressure And turned it all the way down so I could barely get any water pressure. They said they'll be back in three days to fix it and that was not acceptable answer for me. Today I contacted touchdown plumbing and explain the situation to them and they were on it. They were at my location within a few hours and they assess the situation really quick. They realize that the owner of the previous company adjusted the pressure incorrectly. He came in adjusted everything and it works absolutely perfect now. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. We're looking for one of the best plumbing companies in San Diego looking further than touchdown plumbing. Thanks again guys, you're the best!

Touchdown plumbing responded to my request within 5 minutes and they were in my home within the hour. Amazingly efficient , respectful of property and keep the workplace clean. Also great education on the status of my pipes and reason for clog. Even gave me photos of the clog and the cleared pipes after. They will be my go to plumbers moving forward.

Had them out today to install home water softener system . First of all ON Time that’s a big one for me. Professional , quality work and Great Valve saved me money compared to other quotes . 9:00am-2:00pm up running programmed no mess left behind. Replaced main shut off valve while they were at it . Awesome Service
