Had the guys from Discount Plumbing come out and clear a drain. Not only did Franklin and Abraham clear the drain but they detected a problem with our plumbing, showed me the video of the issue, and took the time to explain the most affordable solution. Id definitely recommend them and want to thank them for their time and effort which went well beyond what I had called them out for.

He was very knowledgeable and reasonable with pricing For future needs. Since it’s my first time owning a I feel comfortable contacting this company again for my plumbing needs.

Sometimes you just get a pleasant surprise… like when a plumber comes to give you an estimate for your clogged sink, and he ends up fixing it and then waiving the charge because it was an easy fix… thanks Manny!! These guys were here in less than 1 business day, on time, they called ahead en route, and when Manny arrived, he took great care of us. I will be using these guys for all of my plumbing going forward!!! Great company that stands out in an industry where people aren’t always fair and honest.

Brandon replaced and installed my leaky water heater. He was patient and professional. He provided excellent customer service and workmanship.

I called for my elderly mother who was experiencing a leak expecting that nobody would be able to respond at least for a few hour maybe days but Brandon quickly got there and fixed the problem quickly and for a fair price. We are keeping their number for possible future needs for a older home. Would recommend them without a doubt.

Frankly, I was disgusted with services in general, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called BP plumbing a young gentleman by the name of Brandon showed up within an hour wasn’t expecting that he very politely introduced himself and asked me what the problem was when I told him my 19-year-old water heater wasn’t producing hot water anymore. He explained to me that a water heater that old may have too much sediment in the bottom of it to create hot water anymore and should probably be replaced. He gave me an estimate on the spot, which I thought was very fair and started the work right away. When he pulled my old water heater out oh my God it was absolutely disgusting behind it. I asked him if I could clean it up before he put the new one in and he said he would handle all of that so not only did he install a new water heater for me but he also cleaned up all the mess behind the water heater. Very impressed with this company and Brandon highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem.
