Be very aware that this man does not have your best interest at hand. First of all, you can never get him on the phone and his business phones are not connected now, he only responds through texts. I made an appt for him to be out Friday between 2-5pm, after 3 texts to him Friday, he texts me back at 9:30pm stating he forgot he had an appt but promises without a doubt, that he will be there between 12-2pm the next day. 2:30pm rolls around and I still don't hear from him. Texted him twice, finally ges a text back stating he will be there between 4-4:30pm and of course he never showed up, never texted back, NOTHING!

Today, Monday I text him that I will give him a bad review with one of the people he works for, and he gives me a sob story that his mom passed away 6-8 weeks ago and he hasn't been himself and hopes I give him another chance in the future.

If his mom passed, that is very very sad and I know how that hurts however by the looks of the other reviews, he has been flaky for years. DON'T USE HIM! He doesn't seem to understand that our time, customers time, is important as well.

I don't know those of you who gives him good reviews, but you must be family or friends and not REAL customers, or your getting the work done for free!

Henry was the most honest plumber I've worked with. He has so much knowledge, he worked with my homeowners insurance directly and had my plumbing fixed fast.

He was just a bit late in arrival and completion.( I do understand that some days just don't go as scheduled--especially in plumbing work) However, his work was really excellent and and for the quality of service and the very reasonable price (he charged exactly what he said he would) I recommend him highly. I will certainly call upon him again whenever necessary.

Very professional in explaining what was needed to fix the problem. I have had plumbers in the past that were lousy. I would with NO DOUBT recommend Drain Rooter to come back in the event of future plumbing problems. He was very patient with all my questions I had asked. Got in contact with these guys through Old Republic Home Warranty. They scheduled an appointment with me to be at the house between 8am and 12pm on a Friday. At 11:30 AM I called them to ask if they planned on keeping the appointment. They said "something came up" and that they would get the supervisor to come out and that he would be there in 15 minutes. An hour and a half later I called them again. They said "he didn't show up?!? No one ever tells me anything." They then told me they would be out to the house around 4-6PM. At 5:30 PM I called again with no answer. They ended up not calling and not showing up. I've called them a few more times with no answer. It's now Monday and I still haven't been contacted. I called Old Republic and they've transferred the service request a new plumbing company.

A simple clog with our washing machine turned into both showers flooding when the toilet was flushed. Henry and his guys scoped the piping and discovered really back cracks in the cast iron piping. As a first time homeowner, this was all extremely shocking because we weren’t sure how to deal with our insurance company to get coverage. Not only did they assist us with homeowner’s insurance lingo, but they helped us prove our case to make sure USAA would cover everything we are entitled to. They were understanding and patient with all our questions, and were reassuring the whole way through despite our apprehensions. As long as we live in San Diego we’ll be going to Drain Rooter USA for all of our plumbing issues!

My kitchen and bathroom sinks stopped draining suddenly and so my landlord setup an appointment with Henry. He was on time and quickly diagnosed and then resolved the issue. Afterwards, he clearly explained what the likely causes were and gave me some simple steps to prevent it from happening in the future. Highly recommended.

Great experience, Henry was friendly, professional and quick!
He rooted the drain line in 15 minutes and was gone. I will use his service from now on. I'm not sure who he angered but reviews by "users" like "Jack MeHoff" are clearly fake.

Henry was scheduled by our home warranty company. He arrived in the arrival window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options. His repairs were finished quickly and he cleaned up after. I was pleasantly surprised.

Henry came to my house thinking it was going to be a simple solve.....main line back up. But . ....noooooooo such luck. There was not easy access to the main clean out. ( it is under the house) and per our insurance he could have packed up his tools and left. THANKFULLY Henry is determined to take care of business. He told me....plus showed me so I would understand where the problems are. I am lucky and appreciative of his extra work and caring about helping me. I know there is still work to be done and I can tell you this Henry will be the one getting that call! 1st class guy! Thank you Henry!

My daughter lives in San Diego and needed a hand with plumbing concerns with a home she just bought. Henry performed a plumbing inspection on the new home. He gave her many options and a good place to start. I see that there are negative reviews on Henry's however, there are those type of people you cannot please. Unfortunately, we live in a time where cyber bulling is a big part of our lives where people will attempt to harm a persons character over the internet. Henry exceeds all expectations of being plumber. I am very satisfied with his work and knowledge in plumbing. He has given great plumbing advice for my daughter and I am so impressed that he is going to start a remodel at my home in the future.Thanks Henry!

Henry oversaw not only our under slab leak repair, but also acted as our general contractor in the reconstruction from the damaged. I saw him so much that we actually developed a friendship. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing and reconstruction needs.

I had a running toilet and the stopper In another bathroom wasn’t working. Henry was very knowledgeable and didn’t take that long either Also the price was very fair.

It took us a few tries to find out what what the problem was, but Henry and his team were attentive, kind, respectful and also very nice about educating us on the process along the way. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they were super nice, which is a great bonus. It's not always an easy fix, but we feel fortunate to have had this team of guys helping us come to a solution. As a working mom, I also really appreciate the real-time updates from the staff. If they were running late, they let us know and they would call/text when they were on the way. Thank you all!

My home warranty company assigned Drain Rooter to handle my clogged shower drain. I spoke with Henry the night before to set a time. When we spoke, he asked me to describe the problem and suggested a way to "test" to see if my drain was truly clogged. I tested the drain and found that it was clogged. Henry arrived on time and took care of the clog for me. He was great! I will definitely use Henry again when I have a plumbing problem. Thank you Henry!
