Henry came to one of our properties and saved the day!! The sewer sump pump tied to our tenant’s unit stopped working which shut down their bathroom facility in our tenant’s unit. We had a prior contractor whose technician quoted for a repair job of an (unrealistic price of $7k) for a motor replacement based on his assessment and testing the pump. Our home warranty initially approved our repair and at the 11th hour denied it when they seen the $7k quote and denied coverage in it’s entirety. Now we’re out of pocket…we then contacted Drain Rooter Plumbing. Henry arrived that Morning. We discovered after Henry’s assessment the Sump Pump was not in need of repair….it only required a cleaning (it had been 3 years since the last time). Henry finished the cleaning in a timely fashion!! and at a very reasonable price, less than $500. What difference!! Honesty, how refreshing.

We manage our own properties and work with subcontractors continuously. Honesty, experience and above all price reasonablness is hard to find…thank you (Henry) Drain Rooter Plumbing you will definitely be on our speed dial for future plumbing needs 👍. Highly recommend.

Called early to set appointment. He gave me a timeframe and did not show up. Called again and he gave another timeframe due to being backed up and again failed to show. No attempt to contact me to inform me about running late or not being able to show up.

toilet Kept running all day and night and was driving me crazy. Called these guys and they showed up on time and fixed it within 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone needing good service.

Bad Practices. Never called. Never showed up for the scheduled time. Looked them up on the Better Business Bureau. They have a "D" rating with the BBB. I don't recommend working with Drain Rooter Plumbing USA because your time doesn't matter to them.

Drain Rooter was great! He came out of a Saturday because he didn't have other timeslots until next week butnI needed to find the source of the leak right away from further damaging my flooring and drywall.

Henry was very responsive to his arrival time and kept me updated on his ETA. Work was finished quickly and painlessly. Definitely would recommend this company, very professional.
