Whoever is driving the company can Sunday October 13,2024 at 9:30 am is all over the road almost crashing into vehicles. He must be drunk. Not a good look for a company.

Eric diagnosed where the water leak was coming from in 5 minutes!!! He had it fixed in no time NO MORE LEAK!! Eric definitely knows his plumbing and is very personable!! Excellent service. 3/25-Eric was able to detect the water leak in minutes after the demolition of bottom cabinets and walls opened up which demolition was done 3/24! He found it was a slow leak in the cold water copper pipe which fed all of my sinks toliets shower tubs washing machine. The leak is now fixed!! Thank you so much!!

John Ciampoli plumbing is the best! A real family business from the office to the actual plumbing technicians. We use them for all our business and residential needs. Alex and Eric are both AMAZING! Also big shout out to Virginia, who is always there to take a late night emergency phone call and reassure me!! Eric did a fantastic job making sure our hot water heater was up and running in time for us to start business for the day. He always makes sure everything is working great and has even checked on us afterwards. The best!!!

These guys are terrible, had them out on two seperate occasions for different issues, both issues arised later. With barely any use on either of the fixtures won’t warranty their work unless it’s in a timeframe designated by them. Chase is terrible as well. Poor customer service and bad attitude. Will advise building management to discontinue using their services and also would advise any customer from using them

I contacted John Ciampoli Plumbing to replace the shower fixtures and cartridge. Krissy from the office was sweet and upfront with costs and services.

My plumber, Jose was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I am happy with the service. I had three other plumbers come in for a estimation on the work and no one wanted to deal with condo plumbing and water pipes.
