Arrived early (good) worked hard to correct my problem, very polite and helpful. My septic tank needed pumping, so I was only charged for a service call. Followed up with texts and a call. What service!!

Jose was able to clear a tub drain that two other plumbing companies could not. I thought we would have to do extensive slab or drywall work, but Jose felt he would be able to clear it without doing so. If I could give Jose and JL Martinez Plumbing 10 stars, I would! He came out on an emergency call for our sewage evacuation pump when another plumbing company gave us outrageous quotes to essentially replace everything. Jose was honest, knowledgeable and hard working. He salvaged all the parts the other company said would need to be replaced and saved us SO much money. We will never use anyone else again. Jose, you’re the best. Seriously. Thank you!
