Victor was very professional, and his prices are reasonable. He installed a new garbage disposal and dishwasher, but first had to redo all the pipes under the sink. My wife can't believe all the space under the sink now.

This person/business was recommended to me by another business, which speaks volumes. This business is the best kept secret that I couldn't keep, even though I wanted to. lol. I mean, good tradespeople are hard to find and when we find them, we don't want to share them....am I right? It was pointed out to me that I was being selfish by not sharing my review.... lol. So I'm hanging my 5 star review along with the rest of them.

I moved out of my place a couple of months ago and needed to have some work done before I left. The work included: installing new garbage disposal, installing a new kitchen faucet, installing a new cartridge in one of the bathrooms, clearing a p-trap, installing a new pop up assembly for the sink & installing a new spout in one of the bathrooms....I think that's it.

Victor was professional, meaning prompt and responsive to my phone calls and text messages. In addition, as I was living in an HOA, he verified with me that my neighbors and the HOA had been notified the water was going to be shut off. I let him know that my neighbors had been notified. I provided him a long list of all the work I needed to have fixed/repaired or replaced.

One of the items was to flush my water heater. He asked if it was broken or leaking, I said no. He said then leave it. Flushing it would cause more problems than it would solve, including leaking, at which point I would then need to install a new one..unnecessary $$ would be spent. Wow.. telling it to me straight?? Most other businesses would take advantage of the situation to make some more $$. He didn't.

During the service visit, I shared with him other quotes (expensive and involving demo work) I had received by 'corporate' plumbers--no names--you will know them though as they advertise on tv. He took the time to educate me on the 'plumbing' scene in San Diego and the changes that have taken place in the last five or so years.

I've have since referred him to a friend of mine. You can consider him twice referred. Again best kept secret. Shop local right? He's a local, fair, will tell it to you straight, as well as keep the customers best interest in the fore front of what work he is going to do. So in the spirt of Spinal Tap, I rate him as an '11'. STOP searching for a plumber call Victor Lee Plumbing now. VLP has been handling plumbing complaints at my investment property for years. He is very good with customer service I never had a tenant complain about his work, or attitude. I didn't hesitate to call him to fix a leak in my garage. He showed up on time and with a face mask ready to take on the leak. (July, 2020 Covid just shut CA down for the 2nd time) He has been in business for well over 30 years without a single TV commercial. If you're good like VLP is you don't need to spend thousands of dollars marketing. Word of mouth on sites like this are what matters. Warning do not use Craigslist, they do not have a rating system. Service providers can say anything they want about themselves. It's customer ratings based on their experience that matter.

My husband and I had a great experience with Victor Lee Plumbing. He was on time, worked hard, gave honest answers and I never felt we were being 'snowed' or talked into something more than we were comfortable with. Victor Lee has been my plumber for 18 years at both of my homes on Mt. Helix. He always diagnoses the problem fast and knows exactly how to fix my plumbing issue. Through the years he remembers me and my home and what he has done in the past and just "goes to work" fast and efficiently!

Victor is very honest, organized, prompt, respectful, friendly, and does not try to oversell!

Victor came out on Memorial Day to fix a broken faucet in a garage laundry sink that was spewing water everywhere. We had to turn off the water to the entire house. The faucet is old, the house was built in the 1950s. Victor diagnosed the problem on Sunday then returned the next day, Memorial Day, and fixed it. He did not charge holiday or Sunday rates because in these CoVid days, he felt grateful that he was doing okay and wanted to pay it forward. Needless to say, I greatly appreciated this. Victor is a terrific, honest reliable and responsive professional with reasonable rates. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would give him 10! He's our go-to guy for every plumbing issue big or small.

Victor was great. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable, respectful, clean, and a good communicator. His prices was wonderful and his work top notch.

Victor knows his stuff, and you can tell that he likes what he does. I called him for a running toilet, no problem.
That night I had a river in my garage. My water heater busted and was gushing water everywhere.

The next morning I gave him a call, and he advised me on what to do to make sure my home had water, but the water heater was no longer leaking.
He also gave me options on repairs and was upfront about pricing and labor.

The next day I was told by my insurance that I'd have to arrange a temporary set up. Without missing a step, Victor figured it out without any notice and took care of us.

His prices are fair, he works quickly, and he is excellent to work with.

Victor was standing on my doorstep within 24 hours of my phone call to him. He was professional, quick and efficient, and reasonably priced. He listened carefully when I described my two problems and talked to me about the different approaches we could take. When I wasn't quite sure about the results of the path we chose, without complaint or hesitation he switched to a bigger machine and solved the problem to my satisfaction. He cleaned up the area and put everything back perfectly when he was done. Moreover, he inadvertently fixed the second problem by fixing the first problem and didn't charge me for it. Victor is an Amazing Guy in general and very Honest. I have worked with him in the past and he knows his stuff from his experience in this business for so many years.
