Detailed oriented...we had a few extra challenges that he was able to fix! Waaalaaa now I have beautiful new faucets! ALEX is great!

We bought a Weber natural gas grill for our condo and asked John Ciampoli Plumbing, -an authorized company by our building management - to connect the grill to the main gas line. The company responded very quick to my initial contact and, before sending a technician, asked a few questions to make sure that it prepares proper adapters. Once a technician arrived, the installation went very smoothly and finished in 10 minutes.
We’re very pleased with the result and highly recommend to anyone who plan to install natural gas grills.

We are repeat happy customers. It’s a pleasure to coordinate any plumbing job with Virginia, the service is always prompt and courteous. The technician, Robert, showed right on time, at 8 am (the window was 8-9am) and did a great job replacing faucets in kitchen and bathroom. He completed the job in a timely manner, gave us useful tips and offered to remove the old stuff and packaging. Clean prompt service. We can heartily recommend this company, and will call again if needed.

Xavier was a pleasure to work with. We have an incredibly tight crawl space and he was able to access areas other individuals weren't. He took photos and videos and kept us up to date on everything doing on with our repairs. He was punctual and let us know thirty minutes before arriving. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him for all my future plumbing needs.
