Great responsiveness and service. Bruce got back to me and came to check out my leaking water heater same-day, the day before Christmas Eve. After the holiday, Bruce and Henry installed the new water heater. Great work and friendly service. They're a busy group, but they get the job done and done right. Henry also fixed my plugged up kitchen sink and replaced my garage disposal, several months back. Old piping in high areas makes it a challenging job, but their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile got it done and my sink has been flowing freely since. A great team. I appreciate their reliable expertise and friendly service.

We had a couple of clogged drains going on. We called Drain Rooter and they responded very quickly. Henry was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on. He pressure treated our drains and got everything running like new again. Even our water pressure is better. What an added bonus. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I have used Henry several times for my home and my mothers home. He has been very professional and yes a few times arrived after the time he had scheduled but always made a solid effort to take care of the issue at hand. I had remodeled my home and had several technicians out fixing things here and there and by far Henry was the most professional and communicative tech i have ever had the pleasure of working with. We live in the Cyber age and bad reviews hurt all of or business wether they are true or not. But when your in such demand as Henry surely is it's hard to supply the Great city of San Diego with such professional service with only 40 hrs a week. Before writing this review I looked at some other reviews of him and his company. And I must say Drain Rooter Plumbing is the Biggest smallest company in San Diego. with a very professional staff and some great technicians. I would use him again no questions asked. I am a true believer in supporting small local businesses. Keep moving along Mr. Henry I'll be calling you soon.

I needed somebody to fix a small but concerning leak on the water supply line to the water heater. Henry came to the house and quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem and fixed it quickly. Very professional - I am very happy with the service.

Henry was professional, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and performed beyond our expectations. He completed removing our cast iron sewer main and replaced it with newer products in a timely manner for a fair price.
He involved us in determining the best solution for our 60 year old sewer main. Our periodic stoppage problem has ended. Our sewer was unavailable for only two hours. They took away all debris, including pipes, rocks, and concrete. I would hire his company again.

We have been working with Henry now for the last 8 months or so and he has shown up for us like a superhero with every plumbing emergency we’ve had. (Unfortunately we have had 3 plumbing emergencies in 8 months) Each time he is incredibly responsive, timely, friendly and he always tries to find the easiest/cheapest solution first.
