The person (Tom) who did the work is very professional in all manners. He called each time to set his arrival which he always on time. He ensures that the area that may be affected by dust and debrie are minimized and cleaned everything before he left as if nothing happened (except of course the exposed damaged area). He clearly explains the process from beginning to completion of the job. I absolutely recommend them.

Jason was very attentive to making sure things were done right and as quickly as possible. The job was done well without to much disruption of my daily activities. He was excellent and answering my questions and concerns as well.

Jason and his crew did a great job getting my bathroom rebuilt in a timely and professional manner. It is an old beach cottage with some challenges, but they got it done as promised and it looks great!

Highly recommended if you want to get the work done with no headaches or hassles. Everyone we encountered was polite and super friendly. Kudos to Jason and Tommy for getting the job done within the promised deadline. These guys made sure we were kept in the loop for everything and answered all our questions. A++++. ServPro showed right away, very professional and responsive.
We had a gray water leak on the bathroom sink that damaged the wood floors on the room next door and the hallway. ServPro came in to inspect the damage, removed the damaged drywall and install blowers and dehumidifiers to finish drying up the area. I would recommend them any time

This is a Great company. I had a leak under my house and needed some advice. Amanda that answered the phone was Awesome. She helped me with my issue. I would definitely use them in the future.

While having a water damage is never a fun place experience, working with Servpro Spring Valley made everything as smooth as possible. Their technicians were prompt and polite. This company is A1. I had spilled some water in my laundry room which is connected to my extra bedroom. When pulling out the carpet and base board there was some mold. I called this company and they responded immediately… informed me of the whole process and what to expect. They were very clean when removing parts of the wall. Very very professional and very personable. I would definitely recommend this company for any of the services they preform. I know I will call them again for duct cleaning in the future

I own a rental property. The tenants called alerting me to a wet ceiling in the bathroom. I called Jason with Servpro and he IMMEDIATELY came out and answered all of our questions. He also checked other problem areas and gave us answers. The wall penetrating and non-invasive leak detection equipment he used saved us from cutting unnecessary holes in walls. Not everything went according to plan, but Servpro listened to my grievances, and in the end made everything right. It says a lot about a company that listens to the customer.

I give much credit to Eloy, the project manager. He invested his own personal time to properly handle the project. Also, Eloy is very communicative, polite, and respectful.

My water/ice machine blew its line and there was water everywhere. Jason came right away that evening. He thoroughly inspected all areas for water. He brought everything he needed to dry up the problem. I appreciated that he came prepared and didn’t have to leave to begin the work. When I had a question, on the weekend, he took my call and answered my question.

Everyone who worked at my home, was on time, courteous, and sweet to my curious puppy. They were careful not to let her out. They allowed her to see what they were doing and smell their tools. 😀

When Tommy came to check on progress and take the machines away, he left everything as safe and clean as he could. He checked all areas to make sure there wasn’t any water left .

William came out and looked at what we had, almost instantly gave us a rough quote, and then, when I asked how we could reduce the price, he told us how we can manage our problems ourselves. The inspection was free, and so was the advice. He gave us complete honesty and total professionalism. We are so glad to have worked with them, and will definitely be keeping their information on file.

I wish it was possible to give ServPro and Jason and Tommy 10 stars!! We had a cold water pipe leak under our kitchen. Our entire kitchen floor, lower cabinets etc had to be removed and dried out. Jason and Tommy kept me sane through the whole process. They are very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them in a heart beat!!

Tommy and JJ were very knowledgeable, patient, and professional as they identified and took care of water damage from my Mercury claim of a slab leak. They both took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way. Since they needed to leave dehumidifiers at my house for several days -- Tommy called to check-in daily on how things were going and schedule his next visit in an accommodating fashion. I believe that this ServPro team can handle any tough job.

Jason and his crews have helped our business in scopes of work that we are not certified/experienced with in the flood and fire insurance work. After many conversations with Jason, he also maintains a great family-work balance that shows in his management, and style. Thank you Jason!

SerPro case manager, William Brian and the whole demo crew were amazing.I had lost my husband less than two months before I had a pipe burst in a upstairs rental that resulted in new cabinets upstairs and complete of the kitchen downstairs. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They backed my claim that it was not a seepage or slow leak, but State Farm still denied my claim. I have the utmost respect in the SerPro people. I couldn’t have gotten through this without them. I can’t say the same about State Farm!

I called ServPro on Tuesday 8/22 and explained my situation, I was told within a couple hours I would have someone come out for a free estimate, this was true they sent a nice tech out, he took plenty of pictures and marked the area with some tape, I let the tech know that I needed a company to do repairs as well as dry the area that had water damage, he spoke with the main office and let me know prior to leaving that I would get an emailed quote by end of day Wednesday. Luckily I kept shopping around because sure enough I never got any quotes and it’s been over a week. All employees are very friendly but in this business time is of the essence with water damage and waiting that long to never even get a quote is unacceptable. I also never said to anyone that I would have a stucco company do anything separate I made it clear I wanted to hire 1 company to do all the work from start to finish. If that wasn’t able to be done by this company it should have been made clear from the start.
