Alex and Gerson worked on our water damage at home due to a slab leak. They were very courteous and made sure that they worked efficiently and fast. They were very mindful about keeping the kids safe while they do their job. They were also very patient in explaining the process and in answering all my questions regarding the project. Amazing team! Kudos to William, Aiden and Amanda as well.

Had a water leak in our bathroom wall that leaked into a bedroom, called my insurance company and they recommended ServPro , couldn’t be happier, Randy and James came out and assessed the damage , gave me advice , and explained the damage to me, Both Randy and James were on time , courteous and great to work with . Amanda in the office was also helpful coordinating the job and answering all my questions , Would highly recommend them .

We had a water leaked 3months ago. SERVPRO recommended by our insurance to call. SERVPRO Spring Valley/ Jamul was the first one who answered our call and helped us right away. Jason's team are friendly, good communicators and they work fast. Amanda and William made everything so fast and easy. They helped us through the process from insurance, drying/Mitigation and restoration. William was the first one to come out to check, did the drying, and called out Alex and Gerson to remove the wall and vanity. He made sure that everything was dry before calling Eloy to do the restoration. Eloy and his team Rey did a great job restoring our bathroom wall and vanity.We are happy with the outcome. They made this stressful experience less stressful for us. We definitely recommend them with our friends and contact them again if we need to.

James,Dario, Randy and Luis were personable and knowledgeable about my flood damage. They have worked in my home since 9/25 through 12/10. I highly recommend them and Servpro.
