Will Bryan of Servpro was excellent. He replaced my toilet in a timely manor and he cleaned up all the mess! He also explained what caused the problem. I am very happy I went with Servpro and would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank You!!

Back in Dec we had a flood in the middle of the night. 1st thing sat morning Michael and Will and their crew showed up and immediately started working, together they came up with a plan and executed it without hesitation. Michael came everyday until the work was completed. He was always on time and very helpful with any questions we may have had. Great job to the ServePro team.

We have used Servpro of Spring Valley/Jamul for a few of our home needs. We had leaking roof issues that lead to Mold and water damage. We also had a pipe burst on a separate occasion. Our walls, floors and bathrooms as well as our garage have needed help. Jason and Tommy have come out promptly for our issues and were able to assess the damage and get to work right away. They were very thorough in fixing the damaged areas, but also making sure that it was done properly to prevent any new issues. I would definitely call them first for any ongoing problems that I may encounter. They were very professional and thorough and took a lot of the anxiety out of dealing with our mold and water damage.

Jason and his team were amazing! They were professional, communicative, and got the job done quickly. They do quality work and Jason was happy to answer all my questions. I can't recommend Jason and his team highly enough!

Jason and his team were fantastic, they arrived 90 minutes after our call to inform them of flooding in the Casita. They had removed all the water, baseboards and set up dehumidifier and fans in less than an hour. Their follow up was excellent and they completed the job as quickly as possible. Would recommend them anytime!

We had a a significant water leak that had been an ongoing problem for years. We called SERVPRO and Will came out. He was able to find the leak. Advised us to do some other repairs. We no longer have any issues even when it rains. We highly recommend calling them. Very professional and great communication.

This review is for the Tech named Michael. To say the least he was extremely professional, friendly and outgoing. He was always on time and had THE best communication a customer could ask for. He checked in/out daily with on going updates. His style of communication was one of a lead or supervisor level. Outstanding costumer service and he always went above and beyond. There was never a time where his level of commitment to providing great service wavered. He was pleasant to work with and I’d recommend him for any job. Thank you Michael! Keep shining! Your hard work will pay off.

Jason is the best contractor I have dealt with in my entire life. I have used his services multiple times. He really cares about his customers, very reasonable pricing. Uses subcontractors like everyone else, but demands perfection, even touches up the work of other if you are not satisfied with the job. Very nice and friendly as well. Highly recommend him.

It’s never fun to have a flood in your home. Your team made the process so much easier. I don’t have all the names, but I do remember Willam and Mike. They were professional and considerate of our home. They kept in touch through the whole process and helped us with what we needed. Very efficient in scheduling work that needed to be done throughout the job. I would highly recommended Servpro if you encounter a flood.

Great company. Very professional and complete. Amanda, Randy, James, Scarlett, and Jose were very good at explaining the drying process. I hope I never need them again but if I do, I know who to call.

When our upstairs neighbor's bathroom sink pipe burst in the middle of the night we called Jason right away and he was out the next morning to assess the damage. He had fans set up within a couple hours and walked us through the process for remediation and repairs. It was a stressful time especially with a newborn in the house but Jason helped us understand the process and walked us through everything we needed to do with insurance, testing, etc. He was always available to answer questions and he and his team completed all their work quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Jason and his team!

Jason and the team at SERVPRO of Spring Valley/Jamul are true professionals! Had a leak in a bathroom sink that caused damage to flooring and drywall. I searched google for specialists close to the house to assess the damage. Called the number on the website and Jason personally answered. Jason and his team exceeded expectations from start to finish. His thorough documentation of the damage and excellent communication with my insurance company allowed for a smooth claims process. The water/mold clean-up and coordination with mold testing was efficient. The reconstruction on the walls, cabinet and flooring excellent. Jason was involved and at the house to check on the progress throughout the project. His staff were cordial, efficient and skilled. I can't thank Jason and his team enough!

I have duct cleaning that needs to be done, Amanda walked into our office at the right time...and she was holding a bobblehead that my son wanted...thanks to her...she also informed us that servpro did water and mold remediation...I have her card and our company will call her! Thanks Amsnda

ServPro came to our resuce when our bathroom flooded while we were on vacation, causing extreme water damage throughout multiple rooms in our house. Jason and his team were our first call and they were lifesavers! Jason responded quickly and knew exactly what to do as soon as he arrived. Jason provided exceptional customer service every step of the way, and he kept us informed and proactively followed up with us (rare in this business!) Jason and team were reassuring and extremely professional, and we knew we were in good hands with ServPro. We highly recommend Jason & team!

Jason came right away and got things started immediately. He got the abatement crew out asap and never missed a beat. He kept me informed on each phase and what to expect daily. I feel Servpro understands the urgency of water damage and tackles any size task at the earliest moments. They are thorough and do everything to keep the damages to a minimum, while maintaining the integrity for the rest of the home. Their knowledge and experience really shined and gave me confidence and a sense of ease knowing I was in good hands!!!

DO NOT USE SERVPRO. ServoPro's slogan should be you'll wish you never called us. Jason, who is the president of this franchise, came to my house when I called ServPro. He came out of state to help people out. Not only did he perform work without a contractor's licensee in the state, he also didn't perform proper water mitigation. He didn't seal the area off with plastic, heat it to about 80 degrees and use a dehumidifier. He also didn't cut up all of the drywall that was wet.

I tried talking with Jason about this, but ghosted over text messages. I talked with Amanda from the office and was told they would help cover the cost of mold cleanup. I've sent them copies of the $15k bill I got from another Servpro that they told me to talk to and again I've been ghosted by Jason. I've been left to report them to the state for contracting without a license in Oregon and take legal action.

You are better off calling a local water mitigation company that isn't servpro.

I wish I could give Jason and his company more than five stars! Knowledgeable, professional, organized, and respectful - what else can you ask for when hiring someone to work on your home?

I called Jason looking for a company to dry out water damage to my home. A hot water supply line to the kitchen sink broke in an upstairs unit causing damage to the downstairs unit too!
As soon as I met Jason, I knew I was 100% comfortable hiring him. He was honest and gets straight to the point.

Jason and his colleague, Tommy, were great to work with. They were always on time and handled everything in a very professional manner. I was really impressed with their service. I hope not to need their services again, but I'll be sure to call them right away if I ever do!

Jason and his team did a complete bathroom/laundry room remodel for us. We could not have asked for better customer service and professionalism. Once we approved the quote, work started right away. The crew was very accommodating and always kept us up to date on the progress and scheduling. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe and within the original quoted budget. The end result was better than we could have imagined! William and Jose are AMAZING!!!! They both communicated well with me and kept me in the loop of what was going on and what was being done. The price was definitely reasonable and the best I've seen. Jose worked on my house after the storm flooded it, and got through most of my bottom floor in just a few days by himself. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and he kept the area where he was working very clean and tidy. If you have any remodeling, water damage, etc that needs to be done, I can't recommend SERPRO enough!!! Especially William and Jose!!

Chris Deal and his team were amazing after my water heater died. They came in quickly and immediately took action to repair my property. I appreciate his great communication and mindfulness about the safety of my daughter during the repairs.
