First of all, thank you to my friend, Kim Davis, for referring me to this business! Tyler was our technician. He greeted me with a kind smile and was friendly and pleasant to talk to. I am amazed at how fast he completed the job of replacing our back door screen slider. I appreciate his knowledge of the options of doors and materials. Also, he did a good job and we are happy with our new screen!

Good experience with Mike's Mobile (now renamed Den Defenders). Had contacted them for cleaning and repairs on a nearly 30-year-old fireplace and chimney. They came out and did a full cleaning and inspection and although they recommended numerous upgrades (chimney cap, flue, burn box, grate, etc.):they didn't try to do a pressure sale and acknowledged that the recommendations were optional and not required. Very friendly and professional repair technician. Giving him 5 stars despite being a Philadelphia Eagles fan! 😀

What an asset you have in your employee Tyler. He was early for our appointment, he was informative, and represented your business splendidly.
He was concerned with providing quality workmanship and incredible customer service.
He absolutely exceeded our expectations. We happily increased our order by five window screens.
Due to the increase Tyler's schedule did not allow him to finish all of the work but what he did next was impressive. He called the shop and asked them make the additional screens.
After he finished his work for the day he returned to our home with the screens it was 8:00 pm. It was important to Tyler to get the work done. He left our home on or around 9:00 pm.
Who provides that level of customer service; Tyler does!

Mike's Mobile Screen & Chimney has a new loyal customer. From the beginning, booking an appointment with them was fast and easy. They give you options if you can only be reached by phone or email, you can specify which method you should be reached at. We scheduled an appointment for June 10th and in the weeks leading up to our appointment, Mike's Mobile would reach out to let me know if any cancellations came through so we could move up our appointment. We ended up moving our appointment by roughly a week.

They sent out Vincent to do our chimney inspection and cleaning and he was wonderful. Really felt like he cared about providing us the best understanding of what he found and we were impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough he was with the inspection report. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and kept in touch before and after our appointment. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a no frills company that will get you a good understanding of your chimneys condition.

It was a great service and the service technician Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable on the companies services offered and his job. Our appointment was at 4 however, he got here earlier that made it more convenient and checked in with a phone call prior to arriving. Tyler was able to clean our air ducts within no more than an hour in addition he recommended service every year to ensure efficiency for our dryer and home. Great service will use again.

Absolutely great to do business with... getting an estimate was easy. Straight forward selection. The guys did a great job of installing the custom security view door. (It was an extra tall door.) They cleaned up as they went along and the price was very reasonable.

Great service, and they responded very quickly to my requests and my questions-- and I had many questions, since it was my first time getting screen doors installed. The doors feel sturdy and high-quality material, they were patient to explain the steps of the installation, and I understood exactly what I was being charged for-- and I feel like the price was very reasonable! I walked away very satisfied and would definitely hire them again for that kind of service! Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer Service!! I don't really like people coming to my house and Chris and Tyler were so trusting, friendly, patient and kind. I had a few screens put in and two screen doors. They went over pricing, styles and they got here a little early, but called ahead of time which was great. I will definitely be using them again!

Great company. We have a French Viewguard set and sunscreen window screens and they are the best investment we have made for our home. Feel totally comfortable leaving the doors open in the evening during summer. The office staff is very polite and works with your schedule to get someone out to assess your needs. We also had our sunscreens built on site the same day they came out to take measurement for our doors. The technician Daniel that came out was great as well. Very knowledgeable when it came to the products we were interested in. A++. Thanks Mikes Mobile!

We tried out Mike's mobile service and was not disappointed. Our service tech Richard called us to let us know of his arrival a few minutes before. He completed his inspection while informing us of his findings along the way. Richard's cleanliness and attention to detail was reassuring. Would recommend this business to anyone.

Mike’s mobile did an awesome job. Cesar was very friendly and knowledgeable when he shared the benefits of the security door. When the door showed up it was beautiful. Charlie did a very good job with the install. If you need extra security for your home then this is a no-brainer. Get it done today.

So thankful for Den Defenders after our chimneys fire. Great service and knowledgable repairs. Our chimney is ready for Santa!

I would give 4.5 stars if that was possible. The half star is a result of communication - both not getting a call back from Mark who contacted us after our initial install and was supposed to call back with some information, and then a call from someone at the office who was short and rude with me when I was asking questions about getting a different color lock that we were willing to pay for.

The rest of the experience was definitely 5 star. We have an 8-foot door with a foam decorative frame around it (builders need to be more aware when they are designing of problems some of their ideas might cause homeowners). The foam frame made attaching anything to it less secure, and also made it difficult to get the screen inside the door frame. We contacted several people before finding Mike's, and no one would touch it. Only two homes in our neighborhood have screens of any type, and we spoke to both of them, but their screens and frames had to be altered in ways that took away the security aspect in order to fit. Mike's came out and explained the process for installing a screen for us. This included removing part of the foam so the screen could be securely attached. They also said they would extend the threshold so our dogs couldn't squeeze out (and nothing else could squeeze in). The screen and installation were more expensive than what we have paid for past security screen installs, but none have been this complicated or resulted in such an amazing look for our front porch. You can't even tell that they removed part of the foam frame. We paid exactly what we were quoted when we ordered our screen. Both Michael and Daniel provided excellent service with the install. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had Glenn out for a quote for a sliding screen door, he was extremely professional and respectful. We had Charles install the screen and he also did a fantastic job. The screen looks great and has already been tested by our 70 lb dog who hasn’t been able to dent, scratch or “ding” the new screen! Highly recommend both of these gentlemen and their work.
