Christian and Joseph were amazing! Called before, very professional, kept it clean. They inspected the outside and inside, too images of the inside and completed full Cleaning and inspection without disrupting my home. Taught me what to look for, and supplied the inspection via email for my records. Definitely will use them moving forward and if I ever need new screens too!

My security front and back sliding glass doors have finally been installed. It definitely exceeded my expectations! I love how they’ve turned out. Before I purchased my current home, I had known about Den Defenders from posts on Instagram that somehow caught my algorithm. It wasn't until recently when my father-in-law brought up I should get a screen door to get better cross-breeze in my house that I decided to shop around. I got quotes from Den Defenders, Anderson Renewal (who would then connect me with a third-party), and checked out Lowe's.

I wasn't too impressed with the options at Lowe's and even less impressed with how my handyman explained how he'd go about the install. Anderson actually required that I needed to buy a new door from them, so that was out. And while Den Defenders wasn't exactly Lowe's cheap, I liked the style, the material, the sturdiness of the CrimSafe model, and ultimately felt really good about what my consultant explained would have to do to install the door.

The lead time for my door was supposed to be May 15th, but they ended up getting the material and installing on April 23rd. Juan Andres was my technician. He was prompt, he explained everything he was going to do. There were even other details put in that I didn't realize was going to happen, such as caulking the gaps and installing a door sweep to really make sure the door was neatly sealed.

Overall very stoked that I got this done. I feel like I paid for quality and the materials and Juan's craftsmanship definitely speak to that. Thanks again Juan!

Dan may not have the flashiest online ads, but he is the real deal. He knows his chimneys and fireplaces. After a thorough cleaning, he installed a spark arrestor for less than any of his competitors. Gracious, on time, he's the one to call.

I don't normally post reviews unless I want someone to really know my experience. Don't call anyone else. Just had our chimney done and he was very professional and courteous. Fixed all the cracks and installed a chimney vent on top to keep the rain out. All for a very reasonable price. We will definitely will refer him to anyone that needs it.

Owner/Operated by a great guy. We were afraid to run our stove, due to the smells, etc. He came over and made the whole stove/pipe spotless. Then he spent extra time showing us the best way to use and care for it. He wasn't gone an hour and this puppy stayed right at 500° for hours. His card will stay on the fridge for many years to come.
