To begin with, my call was received by the very friendly and efficient Ariana, who remained helpful, easy-going and a pleasure to work with throughout our later phone conversations. The representative who came to my house representing Mike’s Mobile Screens was Alton. He was also friendly, good-natured, proficient, and professional as he repaired or replaced most of the window screens or frames around my home. He worked quickly and did a fantastic job! This company did not meet expectations. There are repeated delays, poor communication, and little accountability when problems occur. It was frustrating trying to get clear answers or consistent follow-up. Some staff are helpful, but the overall experience felt mismanaged and unprofessional.

I’ve also noticed that earlier reviews critical of similar issues no longer appear, which makes it harder for customers to make informed decisions. Transparency matters, and I hope the company focuses more on improving service than managing its image.

Just had our security doors installed! Great product and service was awesome. Our installer, Ross, explained the process, was quick efficient, and his quality work shows.

Installed beautiful sturdy door. The entire process was easy from my initial visit to quote a price to install. Heads up it’s not a quick process but it is a great custom product that’s worth the wait.

All anyone can ask when choosing a contractor is that they are professional and honest. If they are courteous and skilled that is a bonus. We hired Den Defenders to construct and install 4 Security Doors. Starting at the initial estimate (Eli was patient and very professional) and concluding with the installation the project was in a word “perfect.” It was such as easy and up front process from start to finish. They said what they did and did what they said. So rare in today’s environment. Juan Andres completed the installation which took the entire day. He checked, double checked and then triple checked his work and made sure we were satisfied at every step. He was extremely professional, very courteous and incredibly skilled. We are thrilled with the final product and so much more than satisfied. Like I said, in a word, “perfect”. We would happily give Den Defenders our highest and most enthusiastic recommendation.

Moved in this year and wanted to get ready to use the fireplace. Den Defenders was responsive and able to schedule within a few days. Service was fantastic and all my questions and concerns were addressed. I definitely plan to use their services again in the future!

My experience with Mike's Mobile Screen and Chimney Service today was great; Mike and Bill were both very friendly, professional and courteous. Their services required both men to work in my home, access my basement and rooftop, and even my back yard. They were both very respectful and mindful coming in and out of my home during the day, they both even took time to make friends with my Husky who was in their way being nosy a good part of the time they were installing my new electrical fireplace. Mike was very personable and professional as he kept me updated on their process and progress. And Bill went out of out of his way to provide me with photos he took of each step of their services, after their installation was complete, Bill he even went back to the workshop to create an extra custom piece to attach to the fireplace just because he thought it would make it look more complete. I really did appreciate their professionalism and the quality of work the produced.

I love my new security door from Mike's Mobile! It's not cheap but it's custom built to fit my doorway and has all the little touches taken care of - they custom made a threshold plate so it wouldn't have a gap on the bottom. Their installer, Tim worked was efficient and thorough. You can tell he's been doing this for years and years! I've had it up a week and already gotten compliments from the neighbors. I'm having them back out to make solar screens for the windows before summer.

The installation of the chimney cap was professional and on time. Richard and Adam were very friendly and showed their expertise in finishing the job. I am very happy with quality and the professionalism.

Just got 2 new Titan doors installed by Jason! He did a hella great job! He put in the time on adjusting and making the doors fit perfectly. He even did the touch up paint to color code to the doors, no shortcuts. Afterwords, he cleaned up leaving my place like new.

Joseph came out to inspect our fireplace and he was excellent! The pricing is fair and the customer service is above and beyond! I like that they explain the process and the fireplace system so the homeowner understands what is being conducted and how to maintain their fireplace.
