OAR is truly the best exerience I had with an HVAC Company. Timely and honset service and their prices are very reasonable. I recomnded the comany to three friends when they needed work done and they were very happy with the service. I highly recomed them if you need any work done

Do not use this company. Ramon was very nice to work with but like other reviews, he came in to fix something and charged me double of what the cost should be. He also lied that he changed the product. He left the original part and said he changed it. My manager even asked him to show the part he replaced and he lied and said oh I don’t have it. I had my regular AC guy come to check the problem cause the AC wasn’t fixed and I found out he didn’t change anything. I am fighting the charge legally and I have proof he lied and didn’t change the part. This company is a cheat. Do not use them.

I was reluctant to pay for the repair because with minimal diagnostics and no explanation the tech. gave me an estimate of over $400. Although the tech. may have been right I just didn't feel confident in the process. It would help if they walk the customer through the steps taken to identify the problem and solution.

OARS Heating and Air truly deserves 5 stars. Hasim was the only company to respond on a Saturday immediately with professionalism, expertise, and graciousness. The temperature was estimated to reach 104-105 degrees today and tomorrow and my AC decided to go out last night. Hasim arrived within an hour after calling him at 7:30 AM. He had the problem fixed in less than an hour and suggested a new thermostat which I needed to replace my 26-year old one. He thanked me for my business. I cannot day enough good things about a business that puts service in emergencies before bigger business non-weekend service. I’d support smaller businesses every time who still have integrity and kindness.

Although I can’t promise a similar experience, our encounter with Ramon was spectacular. Called at 6:30 PM on Sunday evening, he got here, fixed our AC, cleaned it and inspected it all by 8 PM. Our AC is running strong again! Thanks Ramon! A+, will recommend to all.

Great service, very professional. No heat on a cold day and the techs that came through and had the place warm again in under 3 hours. Everything was explained well and the price was fair. It's a pleasure dealing with him and his crew it's a company you can trust and rely upon for great service.

My heater had an intermittent problem where the heater would shut off before it reached the correct temperature and then start blowing cold air. I contacted Home Advisor and they sent me O A R 's contact information. Ramon came out immediately and said that it was the gas valve sticking. He quoted $875 to fix it. He came back, put in a gas valve and left saying that he 100% guarantees his work and to call if anything goes wrong. The heater seemed to work but the weather was warm so I didn't leave it running. I left for a week and when I came back and it was chilly so I started up the heater and it was doing the same thing. I called and to my delight he agreed to come back out that day. He did something quickly to the heater (maybe reset the heater) and it appeared again like the heater was working. I told him that was what happened before and he said it could be the thermostat. He then quoted me $650 to replace the thermostat which is a 20 min job and the thermostat I wanted was $249 so it was close to $400 in labor ($1200 an hour). I nicely declined, went and got a thermostat, installed it but it did not fix the problem. The thermostat was working because my air conditioner was working fine with the new thermostat as it did with the old one. I called and told him the heater still wasn't working. He replied "my part is working fine" and wanted to charge me 250.00 to come and look at it so I guess the standing behind my work statement went out the window. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY because if the work isn't right, they will just keep trying to charge you more to fix the problem.

Excellent service and extremely quick! Had an issue with our Wall Furnace and they came out within an hour and had it back up and running in no time!! Worked with us on the cost and it was very affordable! Highly recommend for amazing and friendly service!!

Was having concrete laid today and my air conditioner stopped working. It was after 4pm but the owner of the concrete company recommended OAR. They made the call for me and Ramon came within 40 minutes diagnosed my problem and had me back up and running again within the hour. He was polite, courteous and walked me through the problem and gave me a quote before starting any work. I will use him again. Thank you Ramon, with a very hot 4th of July a day away this household will be chilling.

We were Blessed to find OAR when our A/C went out on a triple digit day! The service was outstanding! They were swift responding to our call on a Saturday, as well as being professional and courteous on the phone and in person. Their rates were very reasonable even though it was a major repair. I would highly recommend them to everyone. THEY WORE A MASK too!

My heating system would not turn on. I first had another well known heating and air company come in and check it out. Their technician told me the gas valve was not opening right, the inducer motor was going out and the control board looked like it was starting to fail. All in all it would cost $4,000 to fix. I felt very suspicious about their quote.

I called Ramon at OAR Heating and Air and he checked out the system. All of the parts the other company claimed were bad or about to fail, were in fact working All that was needed was to replace the service ignitor. Part and labor was $325. I cannot even begin to tell you how important it is to get a second quote but to also find a technician of the integrity, knowledge and professionalism as RAMON. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! He is honest, has top HVAC knowledge and will take care of your issue quickly and efficiently. He will also be straightforward and transparent through the whole process. Start with RAMON and you can’t go wrong!
