Came back home from being out town for the weekend. Had ac issues and made a call. They came out fixed the problem and had me up and running in no time. Totally recommend simi heating and air hands down.

Our AC stopped working, and we needed it fixed urgently. We were fortunate that our wonderful property manager found the best AC expert, Anthony, who was available the same day! Our AC unit is old and required hard-to-find parts, making the work challenging. Despite temperatures exceeding 100 degrees outside, Anthony diligently worked on the AC unit located on the roof until it was fixed. Anthony is clearly dedicated to his work, ensuring the AC functioned perfectly before leaving and providing us with helpful tips. It has been 24 hours since Anthony's visit, and my house is now a comfortable 75 degrees—perfect for us. The AC is running perfectly! I highly recommend Anthony and his company for all your AC needs!

Hands down, this company is the Best! All the representatives were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We knew when we bought our home our HVAC system was on borrowed time, and dealing with warranty companies was a nightmare. The time came when our 40 something year old system finally gave out. Called for service on a 30+ year old AC. They were very responsive to all my calls. They tried to fix the issue rather than just recommending a new unit. After an unsuccessful attempt, it was determined that a new unit was needed. By the end of the week, a new system had been installed. The price was very reasonable and fair. The work was excellent and I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Amazing service! A true family business and their customer service proves it. They were quick and efficient.. we called them for a quote and not only were they fair but they made you feel that it was their personal goal to make sure not only we were comfortable and taken care of but at a fair and reasonable price. Within a week we were financed, scheduled and had a new HVAC unit on our roof with no issues. Amazing Service from the office to Craig to Anthony to all the brothers especially showing up the day before thanksgiving (very cold day) with the entire family on the roof to make sure it was done.. HIGHLY recommend this true family business!

The team did a great job fixing my AC. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had it working again in no time. Very professional and efficient. The only suggestion I have is for them to wear shoe covers when working inside the house to keep things cleaner. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with their service.

When I got home after work, it was noticeably very cold. It was almost 5:00PM and Anthony said he would be over within the hour. Showed up by 6:00, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and now running perfectly. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Simi Heating & Air.

SIMI Heating & Air came through during a heatwave, when it was extremely busy and made our family a priority! The entire family/staff demonstrated nothing but pure professionalism throughout the complete process. In addition, they collaborate with highly qualified partners, that made the experience nothing short of seamless. They educated us on our products, provided us with a detailed proposal (because we got 3 estimates) and guided us with the pros and cons about the possibilities of moving forward with cheaper estimates. After my fire, our air-conditioning system needed to be replaced we called Simi Heating and Air Craig and Sons came out right away. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. I had a great experience with Simi heating and air. My AC unit was not blowing cold air. I thought I was going to have to spend thousands on a new unit. The owner Craig came and detected a leak. It was a simple fix and i didnt have to spend a ton of money. I will definitely use them next time I have an AC issue.
