Ramón is amazing. Made time to come and see our HVAC system even though it was a late call. He got it fix within an hour and most importantly charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend them if you have any HVAC needs.

I highly recommend this business. Ramon came to our rescue on July 3 in the 100+ heat when my husband's air conditioning ducts gave out. He got everything up and working in record time. Then the following week my air conditioner went out and once again Ramon came to the rescue he had to find a new blower for my very old system and was able to get me up and running the next day. He and his son worked in this oppressive heat and did everything possible to resolve our issues in record time. The Orihuela-Knotts love using O.A.R. Heating & Air!!! Ramon, Hasem is efficient and on time. We called him and he was at our house less than an hour. He was able to fix our heater problem. He is very reliable and trustworthy. His rates are very reasonable. We use their family own business 4 years ago on Christmas Eve. And they came out and got our home warm. Now 2025 on News Years Day he was able to take care of our home again! Ramon speaks Spanish and English very well. He works on residential and commercial heating and AC. We will always be using him for our homes.

Great team really good pricing big thanks to ed tony and the rest of the crew. I was not happy at the Sacramento location, thank god for the people at the Stockton branch. We absolutely love Johnstone! We've been working with them for about 2 years now. The Stockton branch is who we primarily work with. The entire staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Our TM, Krystal, checks in on us regularly and we meet with her monthly to discuss our numbers. Their in person training classes have been extremely helpful for our employees. We really don't have enough good things to say about them ALL!

Ed was very professional and solved my problems without any issues I would highly recommend his company with all heating and A/C systems!!

My home warranty went through this company to repair our heater, the technicians are very nice but a month later it's still not fixed. No one answers the phone when I call. I leave voicemail after voicemail with no response. This last time someone answered and hung up the phone without a word. Very frustrating to be without heat during the coldest months with children and a newborn.
