I had a new hvac system installed by another contractor that kept faulting out ….it would never reach the set point ….it kept shutting it self down and when it would run a whistling noise could be heard….it would run fine without a filter.
When Simi Hvac arrived they immediately identified the problem, Bryan immediately dialed in the ultra low Knox inlet/outlet pressure,rewired the dissipation board and reconstructed the PVC water drain…my Hvac has been working perfectly since.

When it comes to contractors, it’s hard to find one who is reliable, quick, honest, and truly knowledgeable about their craft. But when I say these guys are as good as it gets when it comes to HVAC professionals — I mean it.

On three separate occasions, I’ve had different issues with my HVAC system — and twice it happened right in the middle of brutal summer heat waves (when losing AC feels like a 911 emergency). Each time, they showed up fast, quickly identified the problem, and were able to get the parts and fix it the same day.

Of course, that’s not always possible depending on parts and call volume, but one thing I’ve learned is that this team always responds as quickly as they can and truly knows their craft. They don’t waste time “figuring it out” — they get straight to the root of the issue. And when parts are available locally, you’ll have a fully running system again in no time.

Their pricing is more than fair, and everyone on the team is down-to-earth, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers. I recommend them any chance I get.

Our hvac completely stopped working on July 2 and we had a 4th of July block party planned in two days. Called Craig and Anthony to take a look at my system and they arrived the same day. System was 24 years old and they said there was no saving it. Craig and his sons installed a new complete hvac system the next day and it was up and running by the 4th just in time for our party!

Our AC unit went out in the middle of summer in Tracy. When we called Simi for a quote, they were immediately in contact with us and they came out that night to help us figure out what we needed to do. We ended up getting an entire new HVAC system that is running great! Just turned on the heater and that works wonderful too! They had the best offer for us at that time!
In summary, Simi is a family owned, hard working company! They can get the job done in any temperature and was done with our system within a few days! They are true to their work, take pride in what they do and anytime we need any help, they are one call away!

Very happy with our overall experience with Simi heating and air. The addition of a new HVAC system was a crucial part of the ongoing renovation of our home and every member of the Simi team was very proactive and responsive to our needs. Even after installation and start up the team has reached out to make sure we have been happy with their work. The functionality and app interface of the unit they sized and recommended has also worked very well.

Heater stopped working on a Friday. I called Simi Heating & Air the same day, they arrived several hours later. They looked at the unit and gave me several options. On the following day I had a new heater installed! Can't ask for more. A new AC was installed shortly after the heater.

I highly recommend Simi heating and air conditioning. I had to replace my hvac 4 times and the last time I replaced it with Simi heating. My prior HVAV systems did not last but a couple of years each. Right from the start , the men that came out were professional , friendly and took their time to explain everything. I only have great and amazing things to say about Craig and Anthony. The quality of the HVAC that I was sold is amazing. Anthony is always prepared to come out anytime that I need him. He came out at 7:00 in the evening because I told him the unit wasn't working. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the system. I'm the one who made the mistake and he was so kind to come out after a long day and explain what I had not done correctly. My husband is a disabled veteran and they did everything that they could to expedite putting in the HVAC in the middle of summer so he would be okay. I cannot praise this company and Craig and Anthony enough!! Thank you guys for making my, hopefully, last HVAC the best experience I've had!!

Just had California Duct Cleaning come by to clean the air ducts in my Stockton home, and wow — what a difference! Air duct cleaning was something I kept putting off until I noticed mold around the vents. Raj came and did a thorough mold treatment and showed me the gunk he removed. He cleaned the furnace, blower, and even offered dryer vent cleaning at a discount.!!

I’ve lived in this house for a long time, so I knew the ducts probably needed attention, but I didn’t expect such a dramatic improvement. The technicians were kind, respectful, and incredibly professional. They explained everything in simple terms and showed me exactly what they were seeing inside the system. They spent a good amount of time making sure everything was spotless, and I could tell they cared about doing it the right way. After they finished, the air felt so much cleaner that I found myself taking deeper breaths without even thinking about it. The airflow in all the rooms felt stronger and more consistent, and the slight dusty smell that used to come through the vents completely vanished.
