Joey was awesome. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing thoroughly, and educated me on my options and set reasonable expectations of the repair performed. I appreciated the transparency.

Adrian was kind, polite, informative, caring, and I’ve come to realize that this company has nothing but wonderful employees from technicians to office staff. Truly amazing! Edit: I want to give a special shout-out to Brandon and Joey for their excellent work! They put in a new zoning center, AC, and heating system! They did such an amazing job! I never felt such cool air in my home like I do now! My AC would run all day to reach 74 degrees. Now my home gets cool down to 68 in just an hour. I know I will save on my PG&E now. I definitely recommend Delta Sierra!

Henry was so professional. Provided all information of his findings and gave recommendation/options how to fix it. No pressure and gave us time to decide what to do next. Delta Sierra Mechanical is highly recommended. 👍

Aaron has been to my home before to do service and is always courteous and on time and very thorough. I appreciate his abilities as a service provider.

Henry came out there's a maintenance on my furnace and pointed out some things to check out. I told my home warranty I wanted to back to do some repairs came back and he made sure everything was good cleaned up checked everything and answered all my questions and concerns he did it fantastic job. And told me I had a 30-day if anything happened give him a call back.

Job well done. Highly recommended. Workers were nice and so with the secretaries over the phone when I call. Thank you. God bless.

Maintenance expert, David Murphy, inspected each part of the HVAC, took pictures of everything, and explained that there were no problems with the system. He listened to all questions and answered them all with knowledge and care for the customer's concerns. He indicated there would be an inspection report sent to our email. We highly recommend his services to others in need of superior work.

Technician was superb. Deep expertise in all Lennox HVAC systems, old and new. This up-to-date knowledge ensured a swift and effective repair.

Adrian was a good technician. He was professional. He explained what was going on with my furnace and he went outside his duties to help with installing some air filters and I appreciate it that he was a great young man. He’s an asset to the company.

Murph was a wealth of information! It's hard to be happy about the cost when the home warranty only covers certain aspects of the job... California Regulations! A few years ago I paid less for a heating and A/C unit for less than 6K for everything!

Our technician Henry arrived sooner than expected and that was actually better timing for us so it was perfect! He was very polite and informative with providing us different options. Not only was he informative but very honest and completed the service in a timely manner. He is definitely representing your company in an expertise manner. After 11 appts with a different company, Delta Sierra was a refreshing and quality experience. He fixed the entire mess the other company made and now my ac/ furnace and all thermostats are working properly. I highly recommend this company for their attention to detail and professional work.
