Great service. Had an AC problem and JB air came out and repaired it quick. The service tech was nice and professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

They dispatched someone very quickly to our home and fixed our AC on the spot. We are very thankful for their rapid service, especially considering the heat wave that’s approaching us.

JB Air came out and provided a free estimate , they did not try to add in extra fees and fixed exactly what was causing my old ac unit to not work properly . I appreciate them being honest and their fast next day service. I will use them moving forward .

They had a cancelation, and were able to fix my AC less than 2 hours after I called. Price seems reasonable. Great communication, professional. I will be using them again if needed.

Wow! What a truly great company!! The lady(a real human) who answered the phone and spoke with me on a Sunday night was so kind and professional! She listened to me try and explain the problem I was having with my heater and she really cared about just how upset I was. She could have sent a technician that night for $150 + the cost of any repairs. And she suggested that I wait until the next morning and the $80 service fee would be applied to any repairs if needed. Then she was able to get a technician out to my house by 1030am the very next day!! Randy, was friendly, professional, and very good at his job. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 20 mins. It only cost me the $80 service fee and my heater was up and running!! I will use JB Air for any and all future hvac or other repairs if needed!! Great company! Highly recommend! Great experience! Thank you.

JB Air exceeded our expectations! Our first encounter with JB Air was during one of the hottest days of the year, our air conditioner stopped working. Despite being on their way home after a long day, they made time to stop at our home and help us. Their professionalism and quick response were outstanding. They efficiently got our system back up and running, saving us from the sweltering heat. We couldn't be more grateful for their dedication and exceptional service. After repairing our air conditioner, enough to start cooling the house, they informed us that it would behoove us to update our HVAC unit. Granted the system was decades old we requested an estimate. Although the estimate was reasonable, it was their expertise, wisdom, and honesty that we decided to have JB Air update our system! They were very professional and addressed all of our questions without hesitation. Highly recommend JB Air to anyone in need of reliable HVAC help! Great people, fast response , affordable prices and quality work. My air conditioning went out at 9 pm at night and Jb air picked up the phone and was here at 7:30 am. After trouble shooting they installed a new unit the same day and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Jb air.
