I recently hired NovaWave Cleaning for a deep cleaning of the sofa couches in my home, and I’m very impressed with their service. From start to finish, they exceeded expectations and were very punctual. I highly recommend NovaWave to anyone in LA in need of cleaning services. They went above and beyond to make my furniture stand out and pop. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family and returning in the future.

Wow, I am impressed. My sofa has never looked cleaner. Life with a 2 year old means a sticky mess everywhere but arvin was able to get my couch looking brand new! He even left a little design after his amazing work. Thanks again!!

We just moved in and needed a deep clean. The housekeeper they sent did a thorough and professional job. We highly recommend.

A deep clean/move out was not done. Soap “scum” still in bathtub. Baseboards not wiped down. Edges up to baseboards in carpeted areas not swept out. Not at all impressed.

I rarely post reviews but please be aware. They are not upfront about excluded services and after the job is done, they charge custom amount for these items to be cleaned. I paid for a deep clean but in turn got sloppy work when they never washed the dishwasher. It you want mediocre work for high price than this is the company for you. If not, I would highly suggest to avoid it.

Doris and Delmi clean my house like it was their own. They worked So Very Hard.They really took a load off of my shoulders today and gave me some much needed time back. I mean it would gave taken me all night and part of tomorrow to do the job that they did, so thank you, thank you, thank you. On top of that, they were so friendly and kind. I would 100% recommend this crew and company.

They are prompt and courteous! Ppl you get what you pay for okay they are not the cheapest but they have sent the best maids ever to my house..don’t believe the negative reviews..I think they are very affordable and reliable if you want your house clean right trust Our Maids..I truthfully love love them & they have save me so much stress and hassle! After having a positive experience, a friend of mine recommended Our Maids Franchise. They arrived on time and completed the job thoroughly. They arrived with all cleaning supplies and were dressed in gloves, masks, and coverings. I highly recommend this cleaning service because it is one of the best.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I researched local cleaning companies to do a move out clean of a rental home. Thought I was getting a good service for a good price. However, here were the issues I encounter.

1) 3 hour cleaning noted 2 cleaning individuals. Only one person showed up for the first 2 hours.
2) Deep clean was to include everything indoors, including windows, doors, kitchen, bathrooms and floors/baseboards. ONLY bathrooms and surface areas in kitchen were completed. Floors WERE NOT vacuumed or mopped. Doors and window were not cleaned.
3) When they were "done" I asked the cleaning crew to stay while I walked through the house and instead they left within the couple of minutes I was doing my walk though. There were numerous issues.

When I called the supervisor to let them know of the poor work I was met with excuse after excuse as to why things were the way they were
1) Cleaning crew told supervisor house was beyond filthy- FALSE tenant had done a basic cleaning and vacuuming prior to departure. Home needed a good cleaning but it was not beyond filthy. Case in point at end of cleaning the crew gave me a garbage bag to toss that was less than a third full of garbage.
2) Cleaning crew told supervisor they had to move furniture around and they noted a move out clean required an empty home. Again, FALSE. Home was completely empty of all furniture and other household items.

Supervisor then noted to me that I was only being charged for 3 hours even though they stayed passed that time, so I should be happy. I explained that I would have paid the needed additional time for a job done right and that it did not satisfy the fact that the job was not done properly to begin with.

Ended up having to return to the home on my own to clean the items that were not completed (doors, floors, windows and baseboards) I would not recommend this company or their services to anyone.

The ladies from Our Maids, Inc arrived on time and were professional. We recently moved into a house and the previous owners cooked with grease a lot. The kitchen oven was gross. These ladies started in the kitchen. The oven looks 100 times better. My family and I appreciate their service and attention to detail. We would definitely use their service again
