Quick and cheap dump I love it! Small but best rate I've seen . I usually dump in Santa Monica and it's twice the price for one load. I Recommend this spot!

Professional place with great customer service. Very clean as well.

Cheap and easy to navigate. 5 stars. Only downfall is you need to shovel your own trash there so bringing your own tools are necessary. Otherwise great service and will be coming back whenever I have a lot of garbage

This worked out perfectly for us, they delivered a bin quickly for our needs, we filled it and they picked it up exactly when promised. Fantastic customer service! Would use them again if we had the need for a bin!

Since the first ( now over 15 ) time(s), the bins have always come super clean, new looking and very proffesional company. I'm very happy with them and would continue to recommend them to anyone.

Came on Saturday waited in line for 30 minutes when I was at the front gate I was told I cannot dump my trash heard it just taken cars with trailer on Saturdays not regular pick up trucks with trash. Nothing like that as mentioned online so you’re wasting your time. Bad business horrible management.

Used 365 for dumpsters at two separate locations simultaneously, moving out of one house and into another. They seamlessly handled promptly delivery of two clean dumpsters, and picked them up quickly on request. Def. recommend!

when i looked up dumpster rentals in my area they were the first to pop up so i gave them a shot . i talked to Mary she explained the process and made me feel comfortable with my choice they were on dropping off and picking up .I look forward to using them in the future , and i will gladly refer the to friends and family.

I get them at five start reading, but I wanna start for not being open today Labor Day because it says 365

Soemtimes they accept small guys like me with a non hydraulic trailer and sometimes they don't. No format to follow, just show up and they will tell you on the spot. Waste of time sometimes.

Also, just splitting hairs here, but how are you going to call yourself 365 but be closed on Christmas, today. I have work to do. Should be called. 364.

We hired this firm to clean out a garage at a house we were reconstructing after a fire. They were easy to work with and did a most effective job. We would recommend them to anyone needing a similar service.

Initially used this company for a small rental bin and based on the price and amazing customer service (thank you Mary) utilized the a second time for a much larger construction dumpster. Highly recommend this company--no need to look any further.

I love working with 365! They are extremely nice and professional. They are quick to respond, always available and on time when we need an exchange. Melissa has been great to work with!

I had used 365 in the past, and scheduled a brush clearance job around a double-booking (2 dumpsters) with them. I hired workers and rented an expensive wood chipper on the basis 365 would remove a container at 1pm, and replace it with another one so we could finish the job. When I called to enquire about the delay, they said “you did not confirm” which was not at all what was agreed. When I explained I had spent a lot of money for the equipment and only had it today, my problem was dismissed: “we can send it tomorrow.” I had to scramble to find a solution last minute. I really dislike writing reviews, but the way I was treated is not acceptable - customers are not expendable... and when you make a mistake, the least you could do is own up to it and (pretend you) feel bad!

Melissa was the best!! She was always helpful and available to answer questions. She is a true asset to the company for the constant care of customers trying to find their way removing debris from their project. Thank you Melissa, Toni
