EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE ! Take a drive down tuxford and go to any other transfer site. This company used to be a great spot to dump at, we used them plenty of times and had 0 issues but they have a new lady at the window which has a need to talk to everyone as if they’re doing you a favor. No business stays open without its clients, it’s a mutual relationship nobody is more than anyone. Another issue for us is the constant price increases, they have raised their rate 3 times in the last 12 months. We have all seen inflation & how it’s affecting everything but 3 price increases in 12 MONTHS!? That’s price gouging, it’s not the right way to do business. Any other transfer site near them is CHEAPER & FASTER. You have 0 benefits as an “account holder” it’s all built to benefit them.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. I should have known when the person hung up on me when I was trying to make a reservation, but I tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt, and I am highly disappointed. I told them I was traveling to Los Angeles and I needed to have the dumpster on this date. Sales person promised me that they were able to get me the dumpster. After seeing the amount of trash I needed to discard, I called and asked them to go with a larger size dumpster. They agreed to give me the larger dumpster. After an hour and a half of their schedule time to drop off the dumpster this very rude and cold woman gives me a call to cancel saying that they were unable to deliver my dumpster. She was rude. She was not understanding and she had a condescending tone in her voice. I was able to call a different company and get a dumpster delivered when this company let me down in a very unprofessional way. call any other company other than 365 disposal, you’ll get a better deal and more professional service

The prices are good. But their customer services is the worst. The Big girl working on Sunday morning is really grumpy and rude. Its not my fault she needs to work Sundays.

Called around for dumpster rental pricing and was quoted way too high ($175) elsewhere and they also had to put me in a queue and couldnt say how long until it would get here.. I called 365 Disposal & Recycling and they had a $98 summer special (no hidden fees or taxes) I asked if I could get one today, she checked with her drivers and dispatch and had one to me in 15 minutes! Joel was very nice as well. Wish I had cash for a tip, send Joel to pick it up or us so we can tip! You guys saved us a good amount of money and that's important these days. Thank you 365!!! 🤑

I recommend having $200 cash on hand. They charge a $200 refundable deposit. If you pay by card, the money will not be returned immediately, but after your bank processes the transaction. This can take up to several business days, keep this in mind. In addition, they charge separately for the weight of the garbage, so it is better to have cash on hand and not repeat my mistakes.

Bin was absolutely loaded after the rain we got in February 2026, Gabriel found a way to get it on the back of the truck. Tried to persuade him to let me unload it, but we got it up there! These guys are committed. 💪🙏

This dump was great! I’ve been to a few dumps and this one is very quick, in and out. They have great machinery to pull out anything that’s located in your trailer. I’ll be coming here from now on!

Great experience with 365 Disposal & Recycling. They delivered the dumpster on time, pickup was smooth, and the pricing was very fair. Customer service was responsive and professional. I will definitely use them again.
