I arrived at 5:35p on a day that they normally close at 6p, I had a small 10f rental truck, but they declined service because the last load they take is 30 minutes before they close. Not knowing this cost me time and $.

365 Disposal is a smaller company and I felt really taken care of during our rental. I was totally pleased with the follow up calls, helpful service rep and the very fair price for a dumpster. We got exactly what we needed. We'll use them again!

Ordering a dumpster was remarkably easy and it arrived on time. The units were easy to maneuver to where I needed them and when we were finished they were picked up on time. Except for the work loading them up with our junk that was the easiest time we have ever had cleaning the garage.

The female employee here could definitely use some training in customer service. The condescending attitude when speaking to people on the phone and being extremely difficult is not needed. I am not sure why people feel the need to be this way at work.

So far we have rented four 40 yard dumpsters over the last couple of months to remove construction waste and junk from our large home renovation project. The price for this amazing service has been the best I have ever seen. When I informed the numerous contractors working on our house of this dumpster rental company, they have all been shocked by the quality and price of this service. My contractors are now using this company for all of their future jobs. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you have massive amounts of junk and waste that need to be removed, 365 Disposal & Recycling is the best there is.

The customer service they provide is 100% helpful and representatives are super helpful in providing what you need. They are punctual with the drop offs, punctual with pick ups and overall a great company to work with, I will definitely be using them in the future!

First time using them! Needed an additional container and they were able to pick and deliver on the same day! Customer service is great, would definitely consider getting them again. Prices are very reasonable.

Good people here, big shout out to Mary in the dispatch department, very helpful, and very patient with us silly homeowner folk. I have used them 4 times recently, and the drivers are courteous, and on time.

If I could give 365 zero stars I would!!! First of all the lady who I spoke to was very rude on the phone, she would not repeat what she was telling me after I asked for rates of renting a certain sized dumpster. I then asked if I could get some information emailed to me because she didn't want to repeat herself to give me enough time to wright everything down, she told me she could not. Then she proceeded to inform that there were other people on the line so I was going to have to be put on hold. This is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced EVER!! This company might want to think about training your costumer service employees to be a little nicer over the phone! We wanted to use this service but we definitely be lookin else where and I will be sure to pass all this information along to anyone I know looking to rent dumpsters!

Best dumpster rental in the valley! Super affordable compared to others and if you call early enough in the day, they can deliver same day! Used them many times for my spring cleaning and moving needs and it's always a pleasant experience!

Melissa was very attentive to my requests. The staff was on time, polite, and did the best job they could. Given that the layout of the street where I live is quite tight, this made it very challenging for the driver to pick up the container. I know that my particular job was not an easy feat and had its challenges, which is why I am very thankful to the staff for their grit.

We have used these guys a couple of times because they are so easy and accommodating to work with. Typically when we call we can have a dumpster delivered the same day, worst case the following day and when we need it picked up, it’s very quick and easy. Not to mention the prices are the best I found in the area. I highly recommend.

They always think I have marijuana waste and check my trash, they treat me like I'm a criminal. The lady at the counter has a bad attitude. The dump The down the street is 20 dollars cheaper. This place is not worth the money or the hassle.

This place was recommended to me by my best friend. I was ecstatic to have junk removed from my home. The first time I called no answer. I called a second time and I had the pleasure of speaking with a friendly voice, her name was Melissa. I had great customer service due to her. spoke with the owners and they seemed very snobby and did not care to accomodate me in any sense. I would DEFINITELY NOT RETURN. These people do not seem to have it together. Their prices were soooo over my budget. There is a lot that they need to change starting with their attitudes and the way they run their company.

We used this dumpster company where I work for the first time and everything went as planned. The price was very good compared to their competitors and we received what we were promised. Mary in customer service was fast, friendly and efficient with setting everything up. She even gave a follow up service call. We will use them the next time we need a large dumpster service-we will call Mary!

Fantastic multiple experiences using this company! I needed a lowboy same day and saw “Dumpster 911” in my search. They did not disappoint! That was my first time using them... I’ve used them five times now, always excellent customer service, nice clean dumpsters, drivers very polite. I highly recommend this company!!

I needed a locking dumpster for when I decided to clean out my shed and 365 was by far the cheapest I could find. The woman I initially spoke with was very friendly and helpful. They were right on time when dropping off the but it was on a holiday weekend when they were supposed to pick it up and nobody was here at the scheduled time to get it. I called to find out roughly when they would be there and I ended up speaking with the same woman, who was still extremely pleasant and helpful, she told me that I wasn't on the pickup schedule for that day and it wouldn't be picked up until after the holiday weekend. I ended up getting 2 extra days for free. My experience with them has made me a customer for life. Amazing customer service and prices that can't be beat.

This will be my second time using their service and both times have been great. The person on the phone is very kind and helpful in scheduling the bin. The bin arrives on time and the driver takes extra care to put it where you want it without damaging the driveway. After delivering the bin the driver opens the rear doors and locks them open making sure you know how to close and lock them. Pickup is the same. The driver picks up the bin without damaging the driveway. In short I would use this service again.

This is a great company to order your dumpster from. The front desk is very responsive and polite. Special thanks to Isidro - the driver! He is the reason we are writing this review in the first place. We had a dumpster delivery scheduled today that we almost canceled. My tech who was on site called and informed me that the concrete might crack under the dumpster weight or if it was dropped not carefully enough. Isidro was so attentive, so professional, so polite, so careful, that everything went very well. The concrete is safe and we are so happy with this guy's services. Isidro is an example of a true professional! Whoever is in charge should really think about raising this guy's salary because great work should always be recognized and appreciated. Thank you Isidro!!!

DO NOT USED THEM, unless you're ready to lose your deposit. I used them for the roofing and based on size and material would not have been more than two tons. They claimed that it was over 7 tons and did not refund the deposit.
