Teresa was the person who helped me, and by far may I just say if professional customer service along with genuine interpersonal skills/ advice had a baby, it’d be her! A truly amazing employee at Nick’s nursery with the highest level of work ethic and integrity; not to mention her extensive knowledge of the plants and her eagerness to share it with you. By the time I left I honestly felt like I was so ready to change careers and become a botanist: no joke.

After searching all of the other nurseries in the area and finding only frustration, Nick's was a breath of fresh air. It has a MASSIVE variety of well maintained plants for a literal fraction of the price. We were helped by Junior, who knew his stuff and got our two beautiful trees delivered within the hour. Can't recommend enough, this is the only place to get your plants in the valley.

Quality plants, pretty grounds, and great service!

Great experience! They have nice selection of everything. More than anything else, staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I left another nursery jyst before I went to Nick's Nursery because as soon as I said "Hello" the guy working there said "just a second". I left, googled and found Nick's Nursery. The prices were reasonable . They take cards not only cash. I will go back.

I really love this plant nursery. The plants (of all sizes) are healthy and reasonably priced. I have purchased pomegranate trees, soil, and lilikoi here. My trees that I bought in 2020 are thriving. I highly recommend stopping here instead of Lowes or Home Depot when in search of plants.

This place is fabulous. The plants are expertly cared for and it shows. Teresa spent lots of time explaining the plant choices for our home. She was patient and knowledgeable. Great prices. Please don't shop at big box stores.

Lovely plants, lovely prices, friendly and helpful staff- however, the owner Nick, hit on my friend after she told him she was married, to which he responded “ no you aren’t , not right now” and said he was married as well but also “ not right now” . Lingered in in our conversation and it seemed like pullin teeth to get him to move along and stop. A shame, since the staff were so helpful and nice along with affordable prices.

Edwin has by far the most organized and professional nursery in SoCal. He has an extensive quality varieties of all sorts of plants.

Incredibly friendly and great service. I didn't end up picking anything up on the day I visited, but Edwin was so kind to spend a great deal of his time chatting and answering my questions not only about the varieties and care techniques of the plants I was looking for, but he also made a plethora of recommendations for other local businesses to try. So glad to see a family business helping to build community. Will definitely stop in again when I'm ready to purchase. The nursery is also lovely and makes for a pleasant walk when it's not too busy with other (paying! 😭🤣) customers.

I came in here the other day for just a Skimmer basket and some water treatment. I had a lot of questions for my new pond and Cameron was there helping me every step of the way. Cant ask for better consumer service!

Cameron helped me with purchasing pond supplies. He was very helpful with figuring out what I needed and had amazing customer service. Overall my experience was fantastic! Would definitely recommend going to see Cameron!

I had the best experience with Sean and from California Waterscapes. In February 4th 2018, I had called in to find out what it would cost for a medium fountain that spills over the edge (like a large pot with rocks around it). 2 days later Feb 6th, I had Sean come out and quote my project.

I don't write reviews often, but the job that was done for me deserved it. Their crew (3 guys + Sean) came out and worked with care around my existing flower beds which I was concerned with. At the end of the day, my new fountain blended in seamlessly with my garden and looked like it had been their since I did the original landscaping.

I also had questions a few weeks later on how to keep it from going green that wouldn't effect my dog who liked to lick the sides of the fountain. Stephanie assured me that if you keep your fountain running 24/7 you shouldn't have too many maintenance issues, but if I wanted a little boost, I could use a pet safe additive that they had in store. All around great experience, but the better experience is what I have everyday with my fountain.

Purchased a pond with these guys and it is absolutely stunning. I have never met a more caring owner and group of employees that care so much about what they are providing for you. They build and plan as if it was going into there own house. I would recommend California Waterscapes if you plan on building a pond or fountain and check out their showroom its like an indoor aquarium bring your kids to feed the beautiful koi fish in there and if you need any pond supplied they have it all. From fishfood to skimmer baskets. They even sell pond and fountain kits for all you DIY hobbyists out there

Chad, Mauricio and crew built our dream natural pool in May 2022. From start to finish the project was completed in 6 weeks. The crew was at the house every day on time and worked hard to complete the build. We converted our 20,000 gallon swimming pool to a 10,000 gallon natural pool and we couldn't be happier. The rock work (each one placed by hand) is truly artful. The waterfalls, four depth levels and two fish caves make for an aesthetic & safe aquatic environment. The koi love their new home. The plants are growing and two months in the water remains crystal clear. Jasmine's after sale support is tremendous. Thank you California Waterscapes for making our dream a reality!

We’ve been interviewing contractors for about 9 months now. Every single “sales person” , not contractor himself, was unknowledgeable, didn’t have sufficient pictures, understanding of the project scope, hasty to get a deposit until my wife found Chad. He was timely, no nonsense kind of guy, completely understood the needs, drew a beautiful drawing for us to better understand, forthcoming, patient, listened well and gave a very fair quote. He put us at ease that he’s the perfect man for our project. We signed with him right away without any hesitation.
The job commenced as he scheduled, amazing employees, Elias and Job, main design and construction, Roberto was the strong arm with the material. They all created an amazing masterpiece, left us all at awe. I’m recommending Chad to all our friends. Thank you Chad for job well done, you are truly an artist.

We are so happy with the Koi pond/Waterfall designed by Chad and built by Alex and the entire staff crew. Everyone was very professional, and Alex was so helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the entire process. We definitely recommend California Waterscapes for any outdoor water landscaping/ponds/waterfeatures. Absolutely beautiful work!!! :)
