Called LA HYDRO JET who came to our office were professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Everything was done right the first time, and the space was left clean. Highly recommend their services.

Used to be good honest service until now. Sewer cleanup scheduled between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. on a Friday. Tech shows up at 5:00 p.m. claims he needs another person so he can take the rooter machine up the three steps outside my gate. This is a service that has been done by 1 person for the last 6-7 years without an issue using the same company. For whatever reason now they want another person to show up and charge an extra $200+ dollars. The person on the line told me that if I don't approve the extra $200+ The tech would move on to the next job and then if I have to call back again I'll be charged more fees because it would be weekend work. They are now running the perfect scam to charge up to $500 for something I have been charged about $150 to $200 consistently for the last 6-7 years. I have receipts to prove it.

Thank you KELVIN or KALVIN I'm sure LA hydro management knows how well you are at making horrible impressions and demeaning condescending remarks to customers. Great job 👏🏽 at getting the company you work for a scathing review based on your actions or shortcomings.

EXTREMELY INTERNALLY DISORGANIZED.
1. I call - set appointment - set strict hours for when I’ll be there & confirm they heard me - plumber shows up at wrong time
2. I call and speak to various people to set up appointment again - after speaking to 3 reps, the new rep NOW says they need access to lower units
3. Landlord calls and gives them solution to avoid having to need access. They agree and set up appointment for next day
4. I cancel my plans that night, wake up extra early for the appointment - this takes me major effort for me and other people around me.
5. Plumber comes over and says they need access to lower units and can’t do anything

This company shows that they
- Can’t be on time
- Don’t have protocols that they have in-place
- Reps contradict each other
- Have week internal communication
- Create extra effort on part of customers and consistently create confusion
- David being on-time today is the only good thing they’ve done so far

This seems like a company run by people that don’t know what they’re doing. Not worth investing time in them. Complete & total write-off / waste of time. Wait for a year of this post to let their management get it together and retrain their reps.

To be fair to them, If they solve this situation I will change or delete this review accordingly

Needed a new fill valve for my toilet. Plumber came out, swapped it out fast. Very clean/efficient work. Very happy with their service!

Billy came out quickly and was very professional and got to the root of the problem quickly (there were roots blocking the pipes, get it ;) ) this was easy and professional, highly recommend, 5/5 will use and recommend again. The ladies thought Billy was “wonderful”

It was kind of emergency night call. Dashawn Williams was an absolute lifesaver! My kitchen sink decided to clog at the worst possible moment, right when I had to prep meals and pack lunchboxes for the whole family) Dashawn was professional and friendly, and got everything flowing again in no time. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him.

There were two men that helped me with my sink that was clogged up with food that was pilled up, farani and Adan helped me out within a short amount of time after I called. The job was done efficiently smoothly and quick!

Raul was super helpful and fixed the plumbing issue in less than an hour. He was very friendly, knowledgable of the problem and even helped clean the mess left by the overflowing sewerage. Definitely recommended!
