Seems as though this company has made a giant shift since they changed the owners a while ago. Used to be very professional plumbers that were proud to do their job. Now their employees don’t care at all. I was just harassed by two employees blocking my parking lot with their giant truck and trailer because they felt entitled to it. They came out to their truck laughing and mocking me. Recording me and acting like teenagers. If these guys can’t even handle parking their truck and they lash out like children, imagine what they do inside of your home or business if you’re not paying attention. I have used this company for years and have watched their decline. The last couple of service calls I had were awful and now this interaction is going to prevent me from using them ever again. People used to be proud of their companies. Wearing a uniform meant representing the company and you would behave professionally. These guys are not afraid for their jobs or their reputation. It’s very clear in the way that they behave that they are most likely not going to be reprimanded and nobody cares. I called to speak to a supervisor who assured me they would be talking to these people, but didn’t ask me for any details of the truck or description, etc. which leads me to believe that they will just be protecting each other and doing nothing about this. I’m sure everyone is just laughing at this complaint and no one will be held accountable to their unprofessional and childish behavior. When you’re driving a full-size truck and a trailer you don’t park in a normal parking lot. Regular parking spaces are not made for a truck and trailer, and it prevents other people from entering and exiting and effectively cuts off other businesses. Obviously, obviously their drivers aren’t trained on how to park their trucks or they simply just do not care.

I have been a long-time customer of this plumbing company and have generally been satisfied with their work. In the past, they have consistently resolved issues efficiently and correctly on the first visit. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been quite disappointing.

I contacted the company to address what appeared to be a simple clog. Despite two separate service visits, the problem remains unresolved. This is not the level of service I have come to expect based on their previous performance. I am concerned about the noticeable decline in reliability and workmanship.

I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore the high standards of service that customers have come to rely on.

Tough kitchen sink clog quickly remedied by Phillip.
I would highly recommend using Phillip and his team for any plumbing issues. Clean, efficient and kind. Phillip gave me a great recommendation for resolving “stinky” sink… pour some grease cutting cleaner down the drain and let it sit for a bit. Worked like a charm.

hydrojet install a whole house water filter at my family home, the service was efficient and completely quickly. Jared seemed knowledgable and answered my questions about the service.

The water pressure was low for a few days, Jared came back to inspect further and it was corrected immediately under warranty.

L.A. Hydro-Jet came out to my house to take care of a badly clogged drain, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and got straight to work. The issue was diagnosed quickly, explained clearly, and fixed efficiently.

You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Everything was left clean, and the drain has been running perfectly since. It’s a relief finding a plumbing company you can trust.

Joseph came out on just a day’s notice to Monrovia and replaced my broken garbage disposal. On top of that, he fixed a circuit breaker issue that normally would’ve needed an electrician. Super knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond highly recommend him!

I had a very positive experience with L.A. Hydro Jet. The technician was efficient and professional. He also educated me on the process and what caused the plumbing problem. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions.

Extremely disappointed with LA Hydro Jet. From the beginning, I was told that the total price included the leaking water repair. After the service, I was informed that this repair was not included, which completely contradicts what was communicated to me.

The lack of clear communication is unacceptable. It was very difficult to get clear answers or feel understood as a customer. Transparency matters, especially when it comes to pricing and repairs.

I am a current customer, but as of today, you have lost me as a client. I do not recommend this company due to poor communication and misleading information.

Everyone at LA Hydro-Jet is great! The people who took my calls were all very nice and helpful, the plumber that cleared my clogged shower was quick and professional, and the cost wasn’t too bad either for getting here same day. Highly recommend, definitely calling them again if I ever have another clog.

Daniel Perez was our plumber and we couldn’t have been happier! We were so stressed out due to the plumbing and as soon as he got here he was able to solve the problem within 5 minutes. We were very happy with his service and a very friendly person! If we have a problem again which we probably will we hope we get him again!

I was a little skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews, but LA Hydro Jet & Rooter Service ended up giving me a great experience. They provided a 4-hour ETA window, which I couldn’t sit around waiting for, but they offered a call when the technician was on the way and texted me when he was dispatched. I really appreciated that the text included a picture of the technician it made me feel much more comfortable.
I also called around and found that most plumbing companies wouldn’t give upfront pricing, but LA Hydro Jet & Rooter Service did. Professional, transparent, and reliable. I’d definitely recommend them.
