I had an emergency situation with my water heater and called L.A. Hydro-Jet for help. They responded quickly and were able to come out when I really needed it.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and calm under pressure, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through the replacement process, and answered all of my questions before getting started. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail.

Despite it being an emergency, everything was handled honestly and professionally—no rushing, no shortcuts, and no unnecessary upselling. The work area was left clean, and the new water heater was fully tested before he left.

It’s not easy to find a plumbing company you can trust during an emergency, but L.A. Hydro-Jet absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially emergency service and water heater replacement.

Travis was absolutely wonderful! We had a clog that a couple plumbers came out and said they couldn’t get. Travis came out and didn’t give up until he got it. He was courteous, knowledgeable, communicative and kind. Beyond grateful to have had his help. He called me 30 minutes before showing up to let me know he was running a little behind schedule but to reassure me he would still be making the late call.

I’ve used LA Hydro-Jet multiple times, and they continue to deliver excellent service. Most recently, they cleared a severely clogged bathtub that had completely stopped draining. The team arrived on time, explained the process, and quickly got the drain flowing like new. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

I had an incident in my bathroom, when I flushed, water just started gushing out. When I called Marty, he came over and got to work. Ultimately, he got my toilet fixed. He cleaned up the mess afterward. I would recommend him to anyone with Plumbing problems. Thanks Marty!

HAd a leakage problem in my bathroom but didn't know what the source was . my friend gave me Marty's number and so i gave them a call. Their certified plumber was able to locate the problem without destroying any of my precious walls and was able to fix the problem within minutes all for a low cost. Seriously, if youre looking for professional plumbing help call marty's.

I called Marty because of a leaky pipe. He came and took a look at the situation and gave me a reasonable cost to fix it, which was a reasonable price. The job didn’t take long, maybe 30 minutes or so, and then he left. My pipe is no longer cleaning and everything is working. Thanks Marty!

I've been working with Marty for A while when I was remodeling my kitchen last December. I called him up to do the pipe work for me and throw on my sinks and he did a great job. He did it day and perfect money well spent!

I attempted to fix my leaking sink pipes by myself. Bad idea! Marty is the guy to call if the job requires an expert plumber. He showed up on time to our appointment, he fixed the pipes in about an hour, and the drain works better than before. He does not hang around to build up a bill, he comes over, does the work, and when he leaves, you’re happy with the work. Thanks Marty.
