Had a clogged drain . Was told there was no way to unclogged it except with installation of clean out or replacing the drain pipes. Both for $2500 ? I only wanted the drain unclogged . I unclogged the drain myself wasn’t easy but I got it done and I’m not a Plummber . Never looking for help on google again🫡

Experience was good. Sammy was professional and knowledgeable. I learned a few new things about my pipes. I was just not happy with my pipe issue.

I seen Roto-Rooter, Adeedo, MVP you name it this guy is upmost the best. Very professional, and can't wait for him to fix my problem. The best type of people are the people that don't try to sell you something, you yourself are wanting to pay for it. I was quoted a decent price, I'm so tired of these big companies ruining my stuff. For a problem I specifically explain, but try everything before they go to the real problem. Highly recommend Sammy can't speak for the rest but if they are all trained the same, stop looking and go with them.**UPDATE** WISH I WENT WITH HIM, WENT ELSEWHERE TO SAVE A FEW HUNDRED. WHICH WOULD BE AWESOME BUT I FINANCED. SO THEY HIKED THAT FEW HUNDRED RIGHT BACK LOL. AND TOTAL AFTER FINANCING COMES OUT TO $7,000. IF I HAD STOOD HERE I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PAY THAT OFF SO QUICK 2 YEARS 0% APR!!! CAN'T BEAT THAT TRUST ME I FOUND OUT.

I called Friday night and Gary arrived Saturday morning, made a modification to the pipe to get the rotor in and we don’t have a backed up kitchen sink anymore. I’m very happy the problem is resolved, Gary explained everything and made some suggestions for maintenance.

I was very impressed with Rooter Man OC, in particular, their employee, Gustavo. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was very helpful with his explanations of the work involved.

We had rented a snake from Home Depot and tried everything. Rodney showed up soon and we explained our dilema. He quickly got to work and in a few minutes he was able to pull out a big, tight blob of hair and drywall build up from my husband’s work clothes being rinsed there.

Raul was SO great. Very thorough and efficient, and such a kind person. I will definitely be requesting his services again!

A great thanks to Urgent Rooter Plumbing who was quick to respond to our request, and sending Ralph out to do the work. Unfortunately (for us) the simple clog turned into a larger plumbing repair, but Ralph was friendly, knowledgeable, and promptly did the work.

Mike Napoles is the man! Helpful and provided me with lots of information. Was courteous and clean, when he came in he wore shoe covers as to not dirty inside the house. Definitely will recommend!
