We have 2 homes next to one another and one had a 150 foot main line replacement under ground and the other home had quite a bit of cast iron replaced under the home with commercial PVC (I’m sure there is an actual name for it but I can’t remember). Leo was the project manager who knew what needed to be done and very very knowledgeable. Angel was the point person on the job with Edgar (and I think the third person was Andrew). All were amazing! The job was not cheap but the care and expertise we received was magnificent. Thank you Team Rooter

The whole process from the first phone call to the service itself was easy and quick. Edwin came out as scheduled and was great. Efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. They have my recommendation for sure.

Your advertising is true. You weren’t able to unclogged the laundry washer drain. Steven gave me a very fair price to repair the issue but I opted not to do the repair at this time. Because of Steven’s thoroughness and service I will definitively use Team Rooter in the future.

Total and absolute rip-off. This company is the complete opposite of what a skilled and honest contractor should be.

I first called them to reinstall a toilet after new flooring was installed in my house. They sent a single technician who clearly couldn’t do the job alone, especially since the toilet was tricky to set in such a small space.

They first quoted $800 just to replace the wax ring, lift the toilet, set it back in place, and screw it down. They told me I could decline the work, but I’d still be charged an estimate fee. After negotiating, I got the price down to around $400, which was still an outrageous amount.

Because the technician was alone, I had to help him position the toilet, and we struggled to line it up properly on the bolts. The toilet was moved left, right, forward, and back repeatedly until the wax ring was completely ruined. He installed a new ring and we struggled again, but eventually got it “good enough.”

Fast forward a few months later: the toilet started leaking around the wax ring. I called Team Rooter again, assuming they would fix their earlier mistake. This time two people showed up (since I specifically requested two, knowing one wasn’t enough last time).

The lead technician immediately started pointing out supposed “issues”: the flange was too high, the pipe was too close to the wall, etc. But of course, everything could be fixed for the small price of $2,400.

When I told him that was way too much, he went to his truck for five minutes and came back with a “discounted” price of $1,500 on his iPad. He tried to negotiate more, but at that point I had completely lost trust. I refused the service. At least they didn’t try to charge another consultation fee.

A week later, I called a local plumbing company for another opinion. These guys were total pros, organized, skilled, and most importantly, honest. “Honest” is the last word I would use to describe Team Rooter. The other company charged $285, did the job perfectly, and didn’t try to upsell me on nonsense. I won’t name them here to keep the review fair, but Team Rooter honestly would deserve the comparison.

In conclusion, I highly recommend you never call this company. Stay far, far away from their “service.” It’s not just a little dishonest, it’s on a whole different level.

Justin came out promptly at 3 pm, when my time range was 3-5pm. He was very polite, respectful, and courteous of my home. I had a kitchen drain backup after a night of cooking, and couldn’t seem to figure it out. He immediately diagnosed the issue, educated me on what was happening, and the sink was running within 30 minutes. During the last deluge of rain November 15, I found out that one side of my drainage system was clogged somewhere. I called Team Rooter and set up a same day appointment. However, it kept getting pushed back until they rescheduled for next day. Of course I was salty but understood that I am not the only person in this situation. They kept me posted of tech arrival and he showed up on time. Justin went through his spiel explained pricing etc. I got a senior discount!! Unfortunately the hydro jetter machine didn’t arrive for two more hours so again, salty. When it arrived they immediately got to work and Andres sent a camera up the pipe. It showed severe root damage from my stupid Palm trees and showed me the sections that needed replacing. Since I just paid property taxes that morning it is not a repair that I can afford for a while. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism with the service. Justin was kind enough to hydro jet the other side of my drainage system. I like that the company is willing to work with homeowner to find reasonable solutions. Thank you Team Rooter!

My yard drain was plugged up during this rain storm. Not knowing a good drain clearing service I decided to go with an ad that I got in the mail for Team Rooter. Their ad was for $93 or it’s free any drain any time. I was skeptical, wondering what their gimmick was.

My first impression was with their customer service that answered the phone. She was super nice and assured me that if I didn’t like the service tech there would be no charge for coming out to my place. I was still skeptical but satisfied enough to make an appointment.

On the day of the appointment and within the time they promised, Daniel came to my door. Now I wouldn’t call him the smell good plumber but he was cleanly dressed in a Team Rooter uniform. He was very pleasant and explained what he would do and the options that I had. I went with the $95 rotor service and he went to work. He worked hard trying again and again to get through the roots in my yard drain but alas he could not clear the drain. He then patiently explained to me what my options are going forward without any high pressure sales pitch and no sign of giving my bs. I decided not to go further so I can think about it and also for the rain to clear up. I then pulled out my wallet to pay but he said no charge because he didn’t clear the drain.

Team Rooter's honesty and professionalism were incredibly impressive. Daniel was super nice.

Next time? You bet. That drain ain’t going clear itself.

Faustino was excellent, he was professional, explained everything that needed to be done, ensured my neighbors were aware of the need to shut off the water and was overall very thorough. He did a great job installing the new faucet and ensured he was careful with our old pipes so no further expenses were incurred. I would highly recommend this plumber!

Our technician was Angel Vazquez and he provided excellent service. We had a fairly urgent repair and he responded quickly, first thing in the morning. Very knowledgeable and friendly. In the past he’s always responded quickly to messages which I appreciate. Highly recommend this company

I recently had half of the waterlines replaced at my home and am very happy with the overall experience. Faustino led the project and did a fantastic job. He was attentive, organized, prompt, and incredibly communicative during the entire project. The work was executed quickly and beautifully. It is a pleasure working with true professionals and having the comfort knowing my home was in good hands! I will definitely have Faustino and his team back to complete the repiping on the rest of my home.

He was Very polite and kind man. He went over everything and asked many times if I had questions. He was kind enough to look at my sink cause I had an issue with (extra) I would recommend him, he was easy going. Always with a smile and wasn’t bothered with me or my dad being near by watching. Kevin Zamora at Team Rooter Plumbing is an absolute superstar. I called Team Rooter yesterday to help with a plumbing issue in my elderly moms kitchen sink. I wasnt able to make it to the site to oversee the process, but Kevin made both myself and my mom feel at ease. First of all, he called me as soon as he arrived, kept me on video call, explained things in a cool, calm and collected way. And most importantly, fixed the problem for the price we agreed to over the phone. High level of EQ and a great person working for a great company.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the amazing work that Henrique and Steven did for my wife and me. We initially reached out to them to see if they could unclog a sink that many other plumbers we contacted refused to try and fix. Henrique not only tried but he went above and beyond to do everything in his power to try and get it sorted. When that didn't work, we contacted Team Rooter again to have them try investigating and solve further with more tools than their standard unclogging services. We were lucky not only get Henrique back but also Steven. The two of them refused to quit on us and worked with us to find a solution that worked with our budget on a project that last a few days. Not only were they friendly and understanding of our situation but they also were completely honest about everything throughout this process. In the end, they found the root of the problem and were able to solve our clogging issue, which ended up being much farther from the source than we initially expected. They did tidy work and left our house spotless after the work. I will be calling Team Rooter for other plumbing needs based on the experience I had with this team!

Steven and his team were hard workers and very professional. They showed up and went to work. They told me what was needed to be done and showed me pics and just walked me through each step. I didn’t expect it would be such a huge job. When a sewer pipe bursts it becomes a big job. I’m just grateful these guys stayed with me for the 3 days and explaining everything that was happening. They were very open and explained their whole process. Also a big thanks to Andres as well for showing me pics of the pipes and also keeping me calm and not stress out.
