I can tell you that I have had some plumbers I have hired in the past, but nothing beats the work Harry and Gary did. I needed some assistance yesterday from a plumber yesterday and called Rooter Guard Plumbing for a stuck object in the toilet. John was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and the price. He explained that I didn’t have to have him fix the problem with the tub drain and it would not cost me anything for today’s visit. He did a great job and cleaned up behind himself. Recommended.

Had our main sewer backed up which the Foreman came the same day. Mike N. Did the camera diagnose and recommended to replace the Lateral sewer. Started the next morning and finished in a timely manner. Smooth and clean job by the crew.

Rooter Guard Plumbing sent a man named Jordan to help with a major plumbing backup issue. Jordan was prompt, professional and made asking questions easy. He worked tirelessly for over 5 hours to unclog our main sewage line and even called in for additional help. I would recommend Rooter Guard Plumbing to anyone. Rooter Guard Plumbing was extremely quick and easy to contact and work with. We tried for weeks to unclog our drain and when we weren't successful, decided to call on a professional service in Los Angeles. Mark was extremely helpful and even gave us tips on how to prevent future clogs! Will definitely recommend them in the future.

Main pipe to septic tank was clogged beyond what I could clear. Called Rooter Guard and within two hours a technician was at my door. It was not a cheap visit, but very reasonable for the work performed and worth every penny to me. And they also identified a larger problem with my pipes that I would have never known about without the camera they sent into my system.

Honestly one of the most unprofessional plumbers I have ever seen. My job was simple. Replace to bathroom sink faucets. First issue was plumber needed my help the whole time I literally did have the work. Then he was complaining about having trouble breathing don’t know if it’s that he was incredibly obese or some other reason but was wanting to leave after we had already started. Then we finish the two sinks and one of them are leaking. So he goes under the sink and starts tightening something and I hear him break something and he comes out showing me that he snapped the drain plug bolt and tells me I need to get another to fix it and he starts packing up his tools to leave. Then he asked me for a check and I told him to give me an invoice for the work he said one will be emailed to me. I said ok I will pay it once I get the email then he said no I need a check now. He expected me to give him a blank signed check no joke. Anyways I can keep going. Management was supposed to reach out to me since I called them instantly after I made the payment to them. They said they would call me the next day but it has been 3 days now and I have not heard from them. So I paid their invoice and now I have two new faucets that both leak and won’t drain because of them. Have to hire another plumber to find out why they are leaking now. Complete waste of money and time. AVOID these scammers

Called for Sink clog & gurgling from kitchen sinks on 2 floors that connected. They said they could have someone within the hour and they were here before 15min. Talk about speedy service. They sent a text with the name & picture of who was coming which was great. Edward was wonderful from start to finish. He explained everything clearly & explained all pricing. We needed a camera plus a snake to completely clear the sewer line out. Edward has great customer service skills, was very kind and completed the job with great skill. You can tell he takes pride in his work & appreciates customers. Thank you Rooter Guard and Edward .Def. will be my go to Plumbing from now on.

Rooter Guard came out the same day we called. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Johnny was out within three hours of our call and gave us a few options to take care of our clog and pipe replacement. The quote and work were completed within two hours. He gave us tips for keeping the pipes in good shape. Very satisfied with our experience.

I had an emergency plumbing issue on Sunday morning - David showed up in no time, ready to tackle the issue and explain everything to me as he diagnosed the issue. Over the past week of stressing with the plumbing issues, David and his team have been extremely helpful, trustworthy and fast! Grateful to the team for making this as painless as possible. And my dogs loved them.

The whole experience with Team Rooter was very smooth. They responded immediately when I sent a request and booked an appointment the next day for our non-urgent problem, which was a damaged kitchen sink drain. Our plumber, Kevin Z was amazing. He did a fantastic job fixing the sink, and was also just a great person. I will definitely hire Team Rooter again and ask for Kevin!

Kevin did an amazing job! He and his crew worked for three straight days into the night and threw the pouring rain to get my job finished so that we wouldn’t get flooded!

Walked away leaving the job unfinished. I purchased a basin and sink stem as directed and Rick Star was unable do the job. The old sink was leaking and so I got a new one but Hugo couldn’t figure it out and became upset. There was obviously no charge but I’m stuck with a new sink and stem and it’s still leaking!!!

Kevin was excellent. He was very communicative prompt on time. Explain things well and executed on everything he committed to do.
