We had an excellent experience with New Pipe Plumbing. Stepan and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. They clearly understood the urgency of our situation, arrived fully prepared, and handled a job that most plumbers wouldn’t even consider taking on.

What really stood out was not just their expertise and efficiency, but also their fairness in pricing. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, and integrity so well. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality plumbing services!

Be cautious when using new pipes plumbing services. I had requested a quote for my pipes to be chaged to copper and they quoted me almost double what several other companies had given me. I ended up going somewhere else for new piping and it turned out pretty good. Saved a good amount of money after I shopped around.

James William came out to help us with our women's restroom. We had previously called another company that we found on google and they quoted us more than DOUBLE of what James quoted. He arrived on time, and did a great job. I saved his card and will definitely be using it in the future. I recommend that everyone uses this company, and uses James. Thanks !

I had a slight drip which was manageable in the shower of my condo unit. As a conscientious citizen, I decided to have the O-ring (washer) replaced professionally. I called New Pipe Plumbing from an online ad that promised a low price about $45. (Little did I know the price was for drain clearing only.)

Victor arrived saying he was a "Master Plumber." He had to shut off the water to my unit and the units below mine. Victor checked inside the wall and said he could not replace the washer as the "seat" was cracked, and that he had to replace the valve. He quoted $1,000! I wanted to get a second opinion the next day, but I didn't want to shut off the neighbors water again, so I said go ahead. (I got 10% senior discount.)

I asked Victor to check the bathtub faucets as a preventive measure.He replaced the stems...$225.

Victor was in the bathroom over TEN HOURS, sawing, soldering and banging, cutting out tiles, from 2:00 pm until past midnight. The bathroom was thick with fumes, smoke, debris and equipment. It was a nightmare.

He covered the large hole with a single-handle chrome "beauty plate."
The handle was too tight, and had sharp edges that made it painful to turn.

To his credit, after I protested, the owner, Stefan, came to my home twice, and installed a smoother handle that's easy to turn.

The total was $1,453. For what was meant to be three washers ....and a new garbage disposal?? I wish I had "shopped around" like the other reviewer, Chris. Was I had or not? You be the judge.

We are so grateful for the expertise and professionalism from Stephan and his crew. We had a huge job that was done and entailed several days of work. The crew was very clean and completed everything perfectly. Stephan explained all the details and what to expect while keeping the cost down. My entire homes plumbing was in their hands and they have definitely earned my trust!! I will forever be referring their services to others.

I called Rooter Guard because our 17 year old water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. William came out quickly, gave a fair quote, and did the job right away because he had a water heater in his truck already. The leak happened in the morning and we had a new water heater installed by lunch. Great company and I’ll be requesting William for further plumbing work in the future!

I called Rooter Guard at about 7pm & they came the same day at around 8:30pm. Jason spent a lot of time answering my questions about options for the immediate problems as well as maintenance vs replacement of fixtures. He also offered tips for avoiding future problems. He was extremely thorough & professional, & cleaned up after completing work. Pricing seemed fair & work comes with a guarantee. Highly recommend!!!

Greg was the first plumber that came out he was great, professional but we needed a drain tech to come out so they sent Jose got there pretty quickly despite he driving during traffic time He got the job done stayed pass 10pm he kept running tests on the job that he did to make sure it was working well. He was very informative.

Harry and George were extremely helpful and polite at the end of a long day for them. They found the problems and had a low tech solution for one that worked and a reasonable estimate for the other issue. Very happy with their work and their professionalism.

Harry and Justin came out and were super nice, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were honest and explained in detail what was really going on and then they recommended options. Dispatch told me they’d be here from 9:00 to 10:00am and they arrived at 9:00am very fast! Overall great experience

The best experience we have had with a company so far. The professional that Rooter Guard sent out were the best. Victor and his helper were very friendly, knowledgeable and super professional.

The technician from Rooter Guard Plumbing who came to our house to fix a drain clog did an excellent job in somewhat challenging conditions; the drain pipe was under the front deck where our house has a steep slope and it wasn't straightforward at all for him to use his motorized drain auger -but he came up with a solution that allowed him to get the auger at the proper angles to root out the clog. Recommended

Tony of Rooter Guard plumbing was a wonder! He found a way to access my very well hidden pipes under the sink, removed them and found two plus holes that were causing the waterfall effect. Then he replaced them and fixed it so they could be accessed from inside if/when necessary. I would recommend him to anyone who needs tricky plumbing fixed!

Mike and his team identified the problem and provided an estimate which was more than reasonable to take care of our issue once and for all. They completed the repair the same day. We are so grateful for their service and would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
