I had a portion of some old clogged cast iron pipe that needed to be replaced in my home. Kevin came out to try and run a snake that did not help with the clog so we agreed on a price to replace with PVC. Once that was done a clog further up the line was revealed as well. On top of the few thousand that we agreed upon Kevin and his boss Leo wanted to charge me an additional $600 to run a Jetter down the pipe to release the clog. After much haggling my wife and I told them we were not in a position to pay anymore as our 30 year old son had a heart transplant 2 years ago and was now currently in the hospital having a second hip replacement due to the meds from the heart transplant! I told them I would seek other estimates elsewhere as my wife was already livid and on the phone calling the owner of the company to complain about the false promises made and the additional fee they were trying to accrue. She left a message however within not even 5 minutes I received a call from Leo who told me my upset wife called to complain to their main office and they had decided to complete the Jetting service at no additional cost. Now that is a better way of establishing customer loyalty rather than trying to upsell. Kevin who was first out to my home to give me the estimate also said they would clean (Simple Green) the inside shower that was backed up with sewer water and install a new wax ring on the toilet. When the service was all done they never completed this. I asked Kevin about it later and he said he had forgot? Well Kevin, try using a check list next time you do an inspection so you wont forget as this now seems like false promises after the sale was established. It is these small things in the near future that may come back to haunt you in terms of integrity, and honesty. All said I still would recommend Team Rooter to anyone wanting good work and a company that was willing to make things right by us. B+

Ask for Joe! I was able to make a same day appointment for an emergency flooding issue in one of my bathrooms. He showed up ON TIME which was a pleasant surprise. He was able to quickly assess the issue and give me some options. Joe and his team did a thorough job cleaning and clearing out all the pipes, thus fixing the problem. While he was here, I asked for some additional services which he was happy to provide.

Joe and his team were really knowledgeable and professional. They did a wonderful job and treated my house with respect. They were careful around the home and left the place REALLY CLEAN.

I would recommend Team Rooter to anyone and I would happily call them for any other issues.

horrible experience. first time made an appointment for my clogged sink and said they'd come by 12:00pm and didn't show up until 2pm with no heads up. Sink was fixed temporarily and they try to make their service seem sweeter by saying that they offer one free warranty; however the job they do is horrible. It's been less than 2 weeks and I already have to use my warranty and scheduled an appointment for today from 9-11am. It's already 11:22am and no one came. Called them to see what's going on and just gave me the run around. If you're coming late at the VERY LEAST give your customers a heads-up. this company is a joke and the ratings on it is not justified. terrible management, terrible workers, and terrible system they got. AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE.

The technicians from this company worked on the repair so honestly that it seemed they put more thought into repair efficiency rather than focusing on all aspects of repair materials used to complete the repair to the utmost satisfaction of the customer's requests.

They bent over backwards to help me out during very difficult situations: sewage backing up and pipes leaking. Daniel and the crew have always worked efficiently and never stopped until the problems were solved. Daniel often worked late multiple days in a row to ensure that my family had running water and functioning toilets and showers even during massive construction projects. Daniel has always been trustworthy and shown me the damaged equipment itself, and shared photos of before and after. Daniel is the first person I contact when I have a plumbing problem.

Antonio was fantastic! He communicated with us about his expected arrival time, showed up on time, wore clean booties inside, and was very courteous. Of course, he was meticulous in his plumbing work! Thank you!

Angel and Andres came to my home to fix a backed up kitchen sink drain. They went above and beyond not only to fix the problem but offered solutions to avoid the same issues to happen in the future. Grateful.

I was required to take a full day off from work in order to attend the scheduled estimate appointment. The appointment was confirmed both by text message and by phone. On the day of the appointment, the technician called, provided a verbal estimate, and stated that he would email the written estimate. In a subsequent email, the technician stated that I had refused the inspection. As a result, I lost a full day of work because the technician did not arrive for the appointment and failed to provide a written estimate.

He was supposed to show Thursday between 2&4 ! At 6 pm he calls me that he can’t make it! Tenants change plans to wait for that time. If they see that they may be late or not show up give us a call with heads up. Not 2 hours after your supposed to show up

I’m very pleased with Team Rooter, and will be using them again. The office was wonderful and quick to respond. Angel was great at explaining the plumbing issues, and worked immediately to fix the problems.

Joe, the plumber that did the work, was very careful and explained to me in detail exactly what he would need to do and why. It was a 2 1/2 day job which involved busting through concrete. Everything was handled professionally and with precision and everything was cleaned up and left and perfect shape when complete after he left another small leak developed. Although it turned out that this leak was not connected to the work he had done, nevertheless, they did not charge me extra for fixing this subsequent leak. These people take pride in their work and in customer satisfaction. I can definitely recommend them.

We had a clogged shower drain which resulted in a leak in our ceiling. We called Team Rooter who sent over Justin. Justin was polite, respectful, attentive and quick. He diagnosed the issue and gave us a very reasonable quote. We are so glad we called.

Andres and Steven are professional. They explained in detail the work being done. Next steps, how long it was going to take and a options for payment. I will be doing work with Team Rooter in the future.

Antonio Vazquez was great,personable, and went above and beyond for replacing the majority of the piping under the sink.He always made sure we knew what was going on and what caused the initial block in the sink. I 100% recommend him if u use team rooter
