Danielle was excellent. He worked efficiently and professionally, resolving the issue and ensuring everything looked great. His work demonstrated a high level of expertise and made him a valuable employee for the company.

Technician failed to inspect the unit, instead leaving after just 2 minutes and suggesting replacing it. This is the second time we've needed repair service from them. The issue is intermittent, cutting out for a few hours before restarting. We were told to wait for it to happen again to get another opinion, but when we called back, they sent us elsewhere and didn't offer any help themselves. The whole experience felt very unprofessional.

Avoid using this company at all costs. They claimed to fix an air conditioning issue, but instead made it worse. The problem reoccurred twice within two days, rendering the system useless. Their incompetence is unacceptable and you'd be wise to take your business elsewhere.

One of the technicians from this business figured out what went wrong and fixed it, whereas two others from another company couldn't even get close during their prior attempts.

The technician Vladimir is a top-notch expert in HVAC, displaying exceptional technical skills. He quickly diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes and resolved it promptly. His professionalism and demeanor were outstanding, with excellent communication skills. Given Vladimir's expertise, it's clear that LA Standard HVAC Inc. has made an impressive hire, one that reflects positively on their company's standards.

They showed up quickly, just two days after I called in a home warranty referral. It was hot outside in mid-July but their speedy response helped ease the heat. The team's professionalism made a big difference - thanks for the good service.

Contractor showed up to investigate an insurance claim but ended up making a huge mistake. They misdiagnosed the issue and now the insurance is refusing to cover the AC repair. Don't trust this contractor - they seem dishonest and will try to sell you something that doesn't exist.

Had great experience with Home Warranty - technician arrived promptly, diagnosed issue quickly and swapped out faulty component. We're now up and running again, thanks to their reliable service.

I've been waiting three months for a fix, and it's been an absolute disaster - the worst experience I've had as a property owner with 17 units. American Home Shields approved the job, but their work was abysmal. The lack of professionalism and quality is unacceptable. I'll be paying this week to cancel my contract with them; the $1500 repair wasn't worth risking heat for three months.

I requested a service from them but got no response despite multiple attempts. It's frustrating when you can't get help, especially if they're unable to fulfill the request - they should at least acknowledge your call and apologize before moving on to another provider.

Appalling experience with this company. Scheduled an appointment for today, but never received a call back or any confirmation of arrival within the specified time frame. Calls to their voicemail went unanswered. Unbelievable lack of professionalism from First American Home Warranty - a joke that shouldn't be allowed to continue.

The technician arrived on schedule and handled the problem with expertise. They provided comprehensive advice, covering both the original issue and broader system suggestions. The service provider was polite and respectful throughout. Overall, a very positive experience that led me to wholeheartedly endorse them.

My experience with LA Standard was excellent, the owner personally addressed the issue with my faulty HVAC system, explaining it clearly and being very courteous and on time.

The new technician from LA Standard did an adequate job, but my experience is tainted by a disastrous visit from a First American Home Warranty tech in November 2022. That individual caused the issues with my AC unit that I'm dealing with now.

We're extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by LA Standard. The damage caused to our home is staggering - an estimated $50,000 worth of flooding repairs are needed. It's been over two months since the issue began, and not a single person responsible for the disaster has been held accountable.

LA Standard was hired by Fidelity Home Warranty to replace our air conditioner while we were away. When our tenants moved in, they discovered that the AC was on, and their second floor was flooded with water pouring in from the ceiling between the second and third floors. The only way to shut off the AC was through the circuit breaker, as the digital control panel was frozen.

We had no idea what caused the flooding, so we called a third-party plumbing company to diagnose the problem. They found that there was no plumbing issue, suggesting that the flooding might be related to the AC unit. A third-party HVAC company confirmed this diagnosis and reported that the refrigerant line had completely frozen due to improper installation of the new AC unit.

When we shared this report with Fidelity and LA Standard, they arrived for an "inspection" without our permission. During their visit, they accessed a broken hot tub on the third floor without being told it was off-limits, even though our tenants had informed them about its status. The hot tub started leaking, causing even more water to seep into the floor below.

Incredibly, LA Standard blamed the hot tub for the original flooding and left without taking any responsibility. Fidelity claimed they would file a claim with their insurance provider, HCC Casualty Insurance Services, Inc., who sent an adjuster to inspect the damage twice. However, over a month later, we received a note from HCC Casualty denying our claim.

The lack of accountability is appalling. It's been two months since this disaster started, and we're still waiting for resolution. Our tenants have had to live with the issue this entire time, and we can't shake off the feeling that no one is taking this seriously.

In short, avoid these companies at all costs - they don't care about their customers or their property.
