Just finished a job with Picture Build and had a great experience! We initially contacted Brian as we were experiencing foundation issues because of nonexistent drainage on our back patio. We mentioned concerns over cost because we could see how we could start out talking drainage and all the demo that went along with that, then it would turn into what would replace our cracked concrete and how we would landscape at the end. Brian was happy to bid each part of the project separately and help us prioritize. We felt so comfortable with Brian and his crew and his bid that we ended up doing everything all at once. Brian, Brandon and the crew were fast and professional and they worked with us every step of the way to make sure our vision was realized. Their partnership with Remarkable Gardens capped off the great experience and now our foundation is dry, our pavers look great and our landscaping is beautiful.

We hired Picture Build to design and renovate our front and back yards at our house. This included new grass and irrigation, new concrete paver patio to replace old concrete patio, plant selection and installation, installation of new DG seating area, installation of fencing, as well as various other little things. Overall our experience was very good. Everything was done on schedule and they did their best to stick to our initial budget. They were very easy to work with and explained everything in detail and really listened to what we wanted for our yard. Our yards are completely transformed and getting way more use now. I would definitely hire them again in the future if we ever wanted anything else done.

We had an excellent experience working with Picture Build on our backyard project from the initial consult, design, completion of our project, and follow-up maintenance visits. Our project included pavers, turf, a small putting green, and plants. Verva, our sales consultant/project manager, was very responsive and provided input on the design that really helped us to maximize use of our small outdoor space. She took the lead on sheparding our application through the HOA approval process and got our project scheduled as soon as we received HOA approval. Tino and his crew did excellent work on the pavers. Max and his crew did an amazing job on the artificial turf, putting green, and planting. Both crews were very professional, asked for our input to ensure everything was the way we wanted it, friendly and overall made sure we were happy throughout the installation process. I also need to commend both crews on how clean they kept the worksite and how they left it once the project was completed.

The follow-up maintenance visits are also greatly appreciated. We had an issue with the irrigation system that was quickly resolved. Two months after our project was completed, some of the plants did not thrive. I contacted Verva and she forwarded the plant issues to the front office. Two days later, Victor arrived with new plants. He also checked on the other plants, the irrigation system, and answered all our question/concerns and gave us helpful tips on future plant maintenance.

We would highly recommend Picture Build to anyone. Their customer service is excellent before, during and after installation. We appreciate you all and for getting our backyard done just in time for the summer!

When you make the choice to change your backyard to your dream yard. There is only one choice Picture Build. Their designer put our ideas into a 3D Video that brought it to life. We wanted to bring up the slope of the backyard by 4feet. We wanted a pool, outdoor kitchen, water friendly landscaping for easy care, a fire pit and a fun putting green. It takes patience in the county of LA to get a permit. Finally in June 2021 the permit came in and we started in August 2021. From day 1 with the demo to day 120 we were always a part of the project. Jorge the Foreman was awesome. He always made sure we knew our options We took upgrades on simple things that just added beauty to the hardscapes, from drain covers, wrapping stacked stone to the position of the putting green. They helped coordinate the projects that they don’t do and worked side by side with the fencing, pool and patio companies. 5 stars is not enough for this company. They made sure the job site was left in order at the end of each day. They hooked the drip system to an APP how cool is that. Anything their tractors disrupted in the front yard they left it better than before. Every one of their employees was excited about our project and always showed up with a smile and a hello. They were hard workers and you can see how they all worked as a team and took pride in their work. The best part is they are doing weekly checks on the yard making sure the plants are doing well.

I interviewed five landscapers for over two months, and Picture Build was the one I chose. Dana, the landscape designer, came, and I told her what I wanted. Then we arranged a second meeting with my daughter. She rendered a beautiful design on youtube. Dana and the entire crew are so cooperative and knowledgeable about their work. They started the landscaping on the day it was scheduled and finished it on the day of the schedule. They came over four times to ensure the irrigation system worked and the plants were healthy. I recommend Dana as the designer and all the rest of the crew. Oscar and Bryan checked the plants and offered tips on maintaining them. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Dana, Fidel, George, Oscar, Bryan, and the rest of the team. You all did a fabulous job.

Picture Build was great to work with! They did a complete front and back yard renovation based on landscape designs we brought them. They priced out everything based on the designs which made it easy for us to know what we could add or remove to stay within our budget. Once they started the work, everything was very professional and moved fast!

This was our second project with the Picture Build team. We are incredibly happy with our yard - it was beautifully designed, followed by a high quality installation.

The PB team was fast, polite and professional, accommodating, and responsive to concerns and requests. They produce top notch work and are great to work with along the way. In my experience it is hard to find both of those qualities.

Wonderful to work with! Picture Build did pavers for our driveway and front entryway (extended the stoop). They are fast, efficient, communicative, clean and reasonably priced. We were assigned a Project Manager who was very responsive! The project was performed within the timeline indicated. The employees on the job were experienced and courteous.

Found Picture Build on Yelp and decided to contact them for a free estimate based on the Yelp reviews. I would like to also add that the company's workers are in-house (employees of Picture Build that are provided benefits) AND the price was still reasonable. If they do use a 3rd party, they provide a paid receipt for your records. I mean who does that nowadays. Definitely recommend!!

We bought a new home and we had them install pavers, grass and some drainage. We liked Mel and picture build we recommended them to neighbors. I know of them doing at least 4 or more jobs in our neighborhood.

Picture Build was by far the most professional Landscape Company I interviewed. From the first appointment they were on time and had lots of very creative ideas for my yard. The design process was so efficient with a complete design and plant recommendations. The job started on time and each day they took extra time to clean up and keep my yard looking as best they could. The Paver installation was amazing. The material color and design was perfect!!!. They took a great deal of time perfecting the new irrigation and installed many water saving components. The plants and lawn installation were amazing they installed had a couple switches that made it even better. From start to finish every employee was knowledgeable in their field and helpful. Picture Build was Picture Perfect!!!! Thanks again...

I bought a newly constructed home with unfinished backyard. I interviewed 4 companies and chose Picture Build. I was very happy with their work from start to finish and give them the highest rating. The landscape designer, Dana, is very knowledgeable about plants/trees and has a good eye for color and layout. She listened to what I wanted in the garden, dealt with the HOA guidelines, created a nice plan and 3D virtual walkthrough, and stayed within my budget. The project manager, Jorge, kept me informed on the progress of the installation and was easy to contact if there were questions. The whole team was punctual, polite, and professional. I wish them much success in the future!

***Review update: although it took numerous attempts at contacting Picture Build regarding the incident below, they finally came through and offered to replant the plants in our backyard! I was informed that the designer has changed. The new designer was extremely helpful and completely understanding!
Original review: We had used picture build a few years ago for my front yard and my backyard and I actually would like to give them 0 stars! When we met with the designer, we made very clear that we were looking for plants in the backyard that would provide us immediate privacy. The plants that they planted have not even grown more than a foot in the last three plus years. They obviously did not use the right plants to achieve that goal. It has not provided me with the privacy that I needed, in fact one of the plants has completely died. I have contacted them on several occasions to request for them to remove the plants and replace them with something that would provide me with privacy as I paid a lot of money for their service. However to date, they have not been able to accommodate me. My last request was for them to just simply remove them. They wanted to charge me $200 to remove the plants. This is an insult to injury. In addition to this major concern, they did not do a good job planning and planting in the front yard either. Many of the plants died and others are either overcrowded or placed in an odd location. I will not ever recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a great job for us. We very highly recommend them.

We needed to replace the concrete decking and drains around our pool. We also wanted to add lighting and some other improvements. We got bids from several companies, and while Picture Build's bid was competitive, that's not why we hired them. Dana (who prepared and presented the proposal) gave it far more attention than her competitors. She visited several times and thoroughly explained the differences in the paving tiles, coping, lighting etc. She listened to our thoughts, did not try to upsell but had excellent suggestions, most of which we agreed with. Dana was very easy to work with and we knew what to expect going forward.

Jorge took over after the project began. He supervised the various crews coming in to handle different aspects of the job and made sure the work was of the highest quality. Jorge was very accessible and responsive when issues arose (as they always do). He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work, and tries hard to ensure that the clients are satisfied. And we are.

I have worked with a number of contractors over the years, and can't remember one that was better than Picture Build from start to finish. Hope to work with them again.

Led by Jorge, the whole Picture Build crew knocked our project out of the park and transformed our front and backyards into the outdoor living oases we dreamed of. We've worked with other contractors who don't show up as planned, leave early, leave projects unfinished, add hidden fees, etc., but this wasn't our experience with Jorge and his team. They are the real deal. Every step of the way, they were punctual, professional, hardworking, and truly went above and beyond for us in every sense. I cannot recommend them enough and will be hiring them for any other projects in the future!

We used Picture Build to replace all of our front landscape with drought resistance plants. This included new irrigation and lighting. Dana designed our wonderful new frontage. She listened to what I wanted and I was very pleased with her design. Jorge then took over and oversaw the project and was available whenever I had a question. Nacho and his crew were wonderful. They were on time, cleaned up every day, and finished in a timely manner. Very, very pleased.

They quoted us a competitive price, then did a phenomenal job replacing our asphalt driveway with paving stones. The finished driveway looks amazing. The owner is responsive and professional. He answered our (many) questions and was always courteous. We never felt "pushed" to sign the contract, in contrast to a different company we were considering at first. I definitely recommend Picture Build.

Picture Build was fantastic to work with! I highly recommend their team. The proposal they put together for our backyard remodel project was comprehensive - we were able to work collaboratively with their design team to choose a planting aesthetic and they provided us with many options. We had a moderate budget to work with and they were able to provide a piecemeal plan that fit our budget needs.

The finalized design plan was clear and articulate, and the work was completed so quickly! We expected a week or more and they were done in three days.

Staff was friendly from the inspector to project manager and the work force, great experience all around. Definitely recommend this team!

We had a fabulous experience with Picture Build to redo our entire backyard with hardscape and landscape. From the start, we worked with the designer Dana, who mapped out a fabulous plan for our backyard. We couldn't even imagine what could be done with our backyard and she took it to a whole new level!! She was patient with our changes and we developed our design for a reasonable price and quickly. George, the project manager, was very communicative. He scheduled the job and was communicative with any changes that needed to be made. From the start day, his crew of Max and Andre were absolutely outstanding!! Not only were they incredibly hard workers, but they were communicative about every step of the way, they were clean and respectful of my property and made the 3 weeks of work as easy as can be when you are doing construction. I would highly recommend working with picture build for any outdoor landscaping/designing needs, especially Dana, George, Max and Andre!!

Picture Build was fantastic to work with! We did a complete redesign of our lawn, tearing out grass and installing a drought resistant yard.Great guidance during the design phase, and at the same time I felt very heard whenever we made specific design requests or had questions. Jorge and his crew who did all of the installation work were so lovely to work with, and really know what they’re doing. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. We love our new drought resistant landscaping, it’s really beautiful and exactly what we wanted!

I haven't written this review until now because I've been outside admiring my new back yard ever since it was finished! From my designer Daniel, to George who supervised the job and all the crew in between, I was met with knowledgable, professional and considerate people. They all worked hard to make my yard more beautiful than I imagined it could be. I highly recommend Picture Build to turn your yard into your very own oasis.

The whole team at Picture Build did a fantastic job with our front and backyard remodel. They handled the entire project including design and construction for the pool, built-in bbq and appliances, drainage, hardscape, landscape, and lighting. Dana did a great job with the design and Jorge was an excellent project manager. All the employees on the job day-to-day were friendly, efficient and reliable. Special thanks to Max, Hugo and Carlos.
