Some techs just didn't know their stuff, especially when it came to leak detection - they needed another visit to fix the issue. Frank's performance has been the only positive note in my interactions with your company so far. It's clear that dispatch and techs need to step up their game, particularly when it comes to more complex tasks like coolant refills.

With a seized-up condenser and motor, it's wasting energy and who knows what other damage might have happened while I wasn't there?

For a service call costing as much as $100, especially when there's no evidence of any system inspections or precautions being taken (like turning off the power to avoid running it with a damaged motor and condenser), I just can't trust this company yet.
