The technicians from AZ A/C & HEATING showed up right on schedule this morning to install a mini split unit. Pedro Z, the lead crew member, introduced himself and his team to me, explaining their plan of action. He was incredibly professional throughout the installation process. I appreciated how he broke down each step and walked me through the system's operation afterwards, including the remote features and filter cleaning. The job turned out fantastic - I'm extremely pleased with the mini split installation and overall experience. I'd highly recommend AZ A/C & HEATING for any HVAC work.

Six or seven technicians worked diligently for over half a day, replacing an old furnace and installing a new Lennox 4-ton compressor. They put in a solid effort with minimal downtime. While cleanup was somewhat lacking due to tight schedules, I assume it's a minor trade-off. A follow-up visit by Jaime and another technician addressed additional vent installations, tackled leftover trash under the crawl space, and fine-tuned everything else. We're thoroughly satisfied with the process, which moved at a decent pace. Installation took only a few days after signing the contract, and we were enjoying cool air just two days later.
