Great great company. I have been using leading edge for over 10 years across two different houses. They have been amazing. Alex is the go to so professional explains everything thoroughly.

I reached out to Leading Edge Plumbing and Rooter to fix a leak in my bathroom tub and replace two tub spouts. They quickly shared appointment details and updates, and even sent the technician’s name and photo by text. Gustavo, the technician, showed up on time, looked professional, and wore shoe covers. I really appreciated that.

At first, it appeared the tasks had been completed on time. However, after Gustavo left, I saw the leak remained. Noticing his van still outside, I quickly flagged him to return.

There was some confusion about which job should be done first, so the main repair was missed at first. I called the office to explain, and after talking with the technician, they quickly found a solution that worked for everyone. The job was finished soon after.

I was impressed by how Leading Edge Plumbing and Rooter handled everything. They responded quickly and showed they care about their customers and the quality of their work. I’m fully satisfied and trust them with any future plumbing needs because they finished every job I asked for in a professional way. I highly recommend their services.

Jonathan was amazing! Showed up on time, worked quickly to solve the problem, and even troubleshooted a second plumbing issue we were having super quickly! We have always appreciated LeadingEdge's work and customer service and will continue to use them in the future.

Alex came out to our unit and was here to replace two bathroom faucet valves and a bathroom sink replacement. He was beyond professional, knowledgeable, friendly, clean, and did well with time management. He was very punctual as well with the time expected to be here. The company needs more plumbers like him. He's got an traditional style work ethic you don't see much these days. He's a keeper for his work knowledge. Thanks Alex!

Alex came on short notice to help us out with our kitchen sink, taught me a bit about the system, and went above and beyond to clean up even though we told him we could take care of it. Very nice guy and very attentive service! Five stars.

A shout out to Alex & leading Edge Plumbing. I had botched a wax ring update on one of our toilets. Defeated, I called Leading Edge and alex quickly found the problem… It wasn’t as serious as I originally had thought. In addition, he showed me where the mistake was that I made. So now, in the future, I’ll know what I’m doing. He also swapped out my pressure regulator so we don’t get stabbed in the back from over pressurized water in the shower lol. I’m always a fan of hiring companies local to Sylmar & i’m glad I found this company. Great service, on time & Very reasonably priced.

We had a great experience with Leading Edge Plumbing today. We needed our water manifold from the street line into our home replaced. Alex, arrived on time and assessed our needs. He explained what repairs and parts were needed. He provided us with a written quote, which we approved and he commenced the work immediately. He completed the job in a timely manner. At all times he was helpful, respectful of the property and professional. If we need any other plumbing services we will ask for Alex by name.

Very customer service oriented, fast communications by text. I had a bathroom faucet replaced. Was able to get the work done promptly. They send a text when the tech is on his way, then another when he arrives. Alex was very pleasant and professional

Esteve did an amazing job, his attention to detail was phenomenal. He installed a new faucet and an under the sink water filtration system for me. I’ve done this at a previous residence, and no one took the time to caulk it, nor did they take the time to explain how the filter works, and how to cleanse it. It came out much better this time and made my kitchen look great! He even rerouted my dishwasher drain. I didn’t even need to. Lean up after he finished. Really nice guy too. I’d love for him to come back to work on the bath next.

Very pleasant experience. I was constantly updated about the progress of the job and solutions available. Alex is a great asset.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo Zargoza the other evening when we had an emergency plumbing issue at my home. He was there on time and gave 110%. Super friendly and very smart. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly. It was at the end of his day and he was still so friendly and wanting to help. I will definitely be using Leading Edge again and will be requesting Ricardo as well.

LeadingEdge Plumbing and specifically Jonathan Rojas provided me with the best customer service and professionalism i have experienced in a long time. Not only was he on time, but super knowledgeable and completed the work fast. I will be recommending you all to anyone who needs plumbing services!

1/19/26- I’m adding onto this review because Jonathan came back to finish a couple of items that we needed to order parts for. The parts came in, and he returned to complete those repairs. It was quick, efficient and the price was so reasonable. Again the professionalism was top-notch and I am very happy with the services.

Steve did an excellent job and made the whole process stress-free. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got straight to work. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his craftsmanship.

He was respectful of our home, cleaned up after himself, and communicated clearly throughout the job. Pricing was fair and transparent, which I truly appreciated.

It’s hard to find reliable plumbers these days, but Steve is definitely one of them. Highly recommend him to anyone needing quality plumbing work.

Great company! I put in an online request last night and got a call early this morning from Demi to make an appointment. They were super prompt as my plumber arrived only a few hours after the call. My technician Ricardo Zaragoza was on time, professional, efficient, and polite. He even gave me great recommendations to prevent future issues. He showed up **precisely on time**, which alone is impressive given that I live deep in the mountains with **no cell phone coverage and a very hard-to-find location**. The fact that he arrived exactly when promised already set the tone for how professional and reliable he is.

Steve was **well-dressed, clean, and professional**, greeted me with a warm smile, and immediately demonstrated that he was extremely knowledgeable about the job at hand. He was brought in to completely redo a previous plumber’s work that had gone very wrong, and he explained *exactly* what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and how he was going to fix it. His communication was clear, confident, and reassuring.

He came fully prepared with **all the parts and tools necessary**, worked with incredible **precision, accuracy, and attention to detail**, and never once felt rushed. He was patient, methodical, and clearly took pride in doing the job the right way. Despite the complexity, he completed the work within a couple of hours—and did it flawlessly.

When we turned the water back on, we discovered another leak nearby that was **completely unrelated to his scope of work**. All Ways Plumbing did an excellent job with drain cleaning at my Los Angeles home. They were fast, professional, and solved the problem in one visit. Very honest service and great results. I would definitely use them again.
