Chris was the lead detective and fixer for gas leaks in multiple lines on our property. David and Lewis also worked to repair & replace old damaged lines and some previously shoddy work by another company just the month before. Saved us from what could’ve been a major disaster! We’re very grateful for the excellent communication and professional work.

I appreciate Albert for helping us find this small leak that we weren't even aware of. They replaced the rusty galvanized pipe we had with brand new copper. We had Chris come out to replace our garbage disposal because it stopped working. He did a great job, very efficient, intelligent, and tidy. Did a great job, he also re-routed some of the drain pipes under the sink to make it more simple. Great job overall. Will defintely use again and refer.

I am so grateful to Bert’s Mega Plumbing for being available in such short notice. I had a gas leak in my house and it needed to be taken care of asap! Chris, Lewis & David worked in our house and they were great. They not only fixed the initial leak but found two other leaks and fixed those as well. They went above and beyond! Everyone at Bert's has been wonderful! Each person that I have dealt with, whether a plumber or someone in the office, has been very knowledgable, personable and kind. It's so refreshing to deal with 'real people' who show genuine care and concern for their customers. Albert himself is the kind of guy you'd want for a good friend. He also isn't in this business 'just for the money' - each time he has been out, he has recommended ways to save money, to make things more convenient for me, cleaned up everything extremely well - and is never in a hurry to just finish up and leave. Bert’s is the best!!! We had a building issue with water leaking through ceilings and flooding involving three condominiums on a Sunday! And it was getting worse rapidly! We thought the ceilings would collapse. He answered the phone himself right away and got to the building as fast as he could. Within an hour, he detected the root of the problem - which was seemingly so small, I doubt anyone else would have connected the dots and fixed it. So great to work with and definitely top notch! I highly recommend!!!

Plumbing Emergency and Chris saved the day. When I came home late from a long day at work I found my kitchen sink bubbling up with water from the drainpipes. It was cascading over the lip of the sink down onto the floor! My arms were full of groceries and my mind was full of panic. But, I managed to call the HOA’s emergency line. Just as I hung up, my phone rang. Chris was already returning my call and asking for directions to my home. He came right over and accessed the problems in real time. Chris was extremely thorough, thoughtful and considerate of the urgency of the issue. He met with my neighbors and worked out a plan to resolve the plumbing backup to benefit all those affected. The next day, he arrived earlier than promised and solved the problems quickly and cleanly.
