Our technician Griffith was professional, courteous and handled the job well. We had a clogged toilet for a few days and when we called they set us up right away with Griffith. He explained what the problem could be and then he made sure to fix it quickly. Upon finishing the job, he did an inspection of our water pressure. He explained to us what could happen if our water pressure was too high.

Rooter man my technician was Marco C. Him and his crew were very professional. Explained what was going on and what needed to be fixed. Old clay pipes to the city sewer collapsed with root intrusion. They were able to fix it in three days. They dug into the ground and used the trenchless method to fix it. I cannot explain the process but all I know was they replaced it without digging the old pipe out. They did an exelent job. Their equipment is super clean so they take pride in the work that they do.

Santos and all the employees at Rooter Man were exceptional. We had a MAJOR plumbing issue and throughout the entire experience, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and they were never pushy. Communication was great and they worked quickly. Thank you!

Excellent plumber. We had a real problem with old pipes. They fixed everything as quickly as they could with the least amount of mess and stress for us and cleaned up after. They were also great in communicating the job and showing us what was going on. 5 Stars - highly recommend.

Luis M. was a great technician and we really appreciate his work. We had a septic emergency with overflow due to an issue created by the company we had previously used. Luis not only performed the necessary pumping service but also patiently explained the underlying issue and potential fix options to us. He was friendly, clean, and conscientious of his work and how he left the space.

Eduardo has come a couple times, he always does his job efficiently and explains everything so well, never charges more than the quote. Also we can always book an appointment within a day or two. Very good service.

Rodrigo and his crew did a great job. We had full on trenchless piping put in from two different sides of our house that connected under the driveway and down to the sidewalk.

Made a 3 pm appointment. No one showed. Missed work and waited until 3:30 pm to call the company to find out what happened. No one ever returned my call. Completely wasted my time and made me lose work. I would give a zero-star rating but the Google Review system does not permit this.
