This group of people are thieves. I paid them to do a job and they never completed the job. Then they wanted more money to complete the job. The insurance company sent them to me and they're from out of state. They did a terrible job and didn't finish the work. They never respond and now that they want money they're contacting the insurance company. Terrible work, thieves and left a mess everywhere and never came back.

Valves for the washing machine were stuck in the washer hoses. After spraying with WD40, wrench and some muscle the brass part came off but was stuck in the hose. I thought I broke the valve. Called Restore Tactics, they came out and were able to fix the problem quickly for a good price. Thank you so much Jimmy.

I recommend these guys they came in worked hard and at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the work they did. I’ve been using them a few times now.

We had a leak of the drainage pipe under the sink. 2 workers came to fix and after 4 hours of work they claimed that issues has been resolved but advised not to check the leak for the following 24 hrs due to glue usage. When we later checked the leak it was still present so we called them up and they sent another 2 individuals who also spent several hours to fix the leak. They claimed that they fixed the leak but when my Handiman checked on their presence leak was still present. I was charged $450 for the first attempt which they changed the whole pipe in order to charge me more but missed the point of leak on the attachments to the sink. The second team which was from the same company charged me $120 for the second visit for fixing the point of leak at the attachment site to the sink. This should have been identified and fixed on the first visit. They didn’t seem to know what they are doing and very likely were not licensed plumber

We had A sewer line break under the house. There was a river of sewage under my house, which they vacuumed out and removed, dug up 2 inches of dirt and flipped it, sanitized it and dried out the dirt with absorbing material. Then left fans blowing with a heppa filter running under the house for 3 days.

We called over 4 companies for quotes on the job. They came out quickly gave us a really good price and worked until the job was completed.

I would recommend Restore Tactics Inc. Highly and would definitely use them again if the circumstances call for it!!

My experience with Restore Tactics was great. I had water damage from a water leak. I liked that they showed up and cleaned the mess, explained to me what the process would be like. They were reliable, easy to work with and always great on communication. I would hire them again to do work for me.

Had main water valve and sprinkler shut off valve replaced, and replaced an outdoor faucet. Gave a free in-person estimate and a competitive quote (checked 3 other companies). Did work on time and efficiently. Charged agreed upon flat rate. 2 days later had an unrelated spot leak. Plumber returned free of charge and helped fix the problem - no cost to me. LOVED this extra service.

My husband and I have used Restore Tactics a few times and have always been very pleased with their friendly service and work. They have a great team that shows up and gets right to work. I love that they can get someone out to you right away. That’s a plus! I highly recommend Restore Tactics.

I am a prior customer. This company, Restore Tactics, seem to be part of the Duran and Sons family plumbing business. Restore Tactics came to my house to work on the central line bringing water into my house. The water regulator was leaking at the relief valve. The guys, relatives of Jimmy Duran, removed and replace the regulator and valve, plus I asked them to replace the entire manifold. I would have liked a better price, but the price they gave me I agreed to it. As soon as the guys arrived, they started work and did not stop until complete. They had all the supplies and parts needed. Out of interest, I watched the whole time they worked. The job was explained to me, questions answered and a warranty was provided. The original problem was fixed right without any issues. Thank you to Restore Tactics and the Duran's Plumbing. When needed, I will call you again.

I had a leak in my slab and had water damage. Restore Tactics came out within 30 minutes fixed the leak and cleaned up the water.They provided excellent emergency service and saved our home. It was a wonderful experience all the way around, from the office to the technicians. Very fair company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Love these guys. Been using them since ‘06 when they were Duran Bros Plumbing. Over the years they have repiped my whole property and fixed multiple types of damage. Reliable with reasonable rates. Good people, highly recommend.

Restore Tactics is great. Tyler had good communication, was a pleasure to be around, is very competent, and very prompt. Also, they were very patient with my silly dog. I hope I never have another leak in my sink, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Restore Tactics first.

Restore tactics arrived promptly after I reached out, and their technicians immediately began assessing the damage. They explained the entire process clearly, from fire damage cleanup to dealing with smoke odor removal, which was something I hadn’t even considered. The smoke damage was pervasive throughout the house, and they used specialized equipment and cleaning agents to thoroughly clean and sanitize every affected area. First and foremost the entire team are GREAT COMMUNICATORS!!! I am unfortunately one of the thousands of residents that have been affected by these devastating Jan 2025 LA winds and wildfires. Everyone at Restore Tactics - from Roberta, to Freddy, to Robert, to Francisco, to Johnny, to Oscar and my sincere apologies to anyone's names I have forgotten 🙏🏽... They are all so very kind and Roberta and Robert answers texts and calls in amazing time frames!! They are prompt with in-person appointments and call-back phone calls. Robert and his crew are very attentive to details and have great communication when describing in simple terms of the steps and what type of job needs to be done. The crew members did an amazing, excellent job!! Despite some delays beyond their control due to this massive affected scope, they gave 100% in their quality of work and then some. I personally feel construction, restoration and cleaning services are like dentists, ophthalmologists and hair stylists--- when they are very communicative, attentive to details, do amazing jobs AND without breaking your wallet and accounts, STICK WITH THEM TIL THE END!!!... My partner on the other hand disagrees with that notion, but guess what... Forget you forgot you this is not about you!! Anyway, thx again so very much to the Restore Tactics team, there's more positive adjectives and adverbs that I could write, but I'm pressed for time at the moment. Description of Work: I'm sure there were more technical work terms done that I cannot recall the terms at this time, but the legist of it was smoke restoration, scrubbing and wiping down my personal property, the attic, the entire house, power washing the exterior of the house, bringing unwanted or unsalvageable items to the outside curb for pickup, setting up containment area for new insulation, carpet cleaning, painting, fogging, disinfecting deep cleaning... We are so happy we found Restore Tactics because they have taken care of multiple issues in our home. We have been having some plumbing issues with toilets backing up. And we needed re-grouting in our bathrooms & kitchen. We had a great experience working with Robert to get this done. They sent over Eric & Luis to do Hydro-jetting & they were great!! We then had Oscar do the grout work. It came out beautiful!! The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we got. Thank you guys very much!!

I had a water leak in my ceiling and needed assistance immediately. My insurance, American Home Shield arranged for a plumbing Company that I will not name come to my residence. I waited 5 days and on the day of my appointment they canceled within the last hour of my timeframe. Nonetheless, Restore tactics took the job. Service technician, Erick Monroy came the same day and stopped the leak. He informed of in detail of what needs to be done and what he will perform. Erick answered all my questions, he was patient, and understood all my concerns. I was highly impressed with his professionalism. I will reach out to Restore Tactics for future plumbing needs.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the Restore Tactics team, owned by James Duran, truly went above and beyond to solve a stressful and serious issue with our main sewer line. It started with the sounds of gurgling toilets and led to a nightmarish discovery of a severe root infiltration from our front yard tree. After another plumbing company initially started the job, my friend recommended James and his crew. From the beginning, the customer service was outstanding. James dropped by to investigate the problem and assured us they could fix it for a price within our already stretched budget.

The Restore Tactics team showed up on Saturday, the next day. James, Robert, Eric, Raymond, Agustin, and Oscar were courteous, arrived on time, were well-equipped, and ready to work. They carefully inspected the line using a camera, gently and slowly cut through the tree root obstructions, removed a part of the sidewalk, repaired and replaced the damaged pipes, and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. The repair was an enormous undertaking, but they worked efficiently, respectfully, and with evident expertise.

I appreciated their commitment to solving the problem and alleviating the stressful situation; they always cleaned the area thoroughly when they were done for the day. After digging and repairing the immense issue, they restored the yard by refilling the holes, reseeding the grass, and replacing the concrete slab in the sidewalk. They also provided a separate cleanout for easy access from the front yard. The pricing was more than reasonable and transparent; they never pressured us. But what was most impressive was their kindness and consideration for the community; James and his team wanted to help us.

I’m beyond grateful for Restore Tactics and will call them again if I have any plumbing issues.

As a parent, I was also amazed by how James took the time to bring his young son for a few visits and explained how they would solve the situation.
