If you are looking for someone to rip you off call this guy. Quick to come over and takes for ever to finish the work. Always making excuses for not doing work on time. And just keeps trying to bill you for unfinished work. Yeah NOT HONEST for sure. Poor workmanship.

Honest Plumbing is your one call does it all plumbing service. The technician shown up on time an was the most knowledgeable plumber I had the pleasure to meet. Price was fair and there was no pressure sure to upsell on things I don't need. I will definitely use Honest Plumbing for ALL my plumbing needs!

This company grossly overcharged my 90 year-old grandma for changing out a bathroom faucet. She unfortunately can’t check reviews on the internet and found this place in the yellow pages. After hearing about her experience, looking over the ridiculous receipt, and reading through this business’s reviews (check Yelp for plenty of negative reviews), it seems like my grandma is not the only elderly person who’s been swindled by them. I’d think twice about trusting any of their quotes.

Absolutely the WORST. Will not answer calls or return messages. And if you do by chance get Deana on the phone she can never “talk right now, can you call me back in an hour?” How are you expecting to have a successful business if you can’t ever get anyone on the phone. Pretty sure they screen calls if they think you’re calling about them owing you money or issues on their end. If could give 0 stars i would. THE WORST.

Luis was very helpful in resolving my water heater issues. His team removed my water heater, came with me to return and pick up a new one. The team was friendly, professional and did quality work. Fair prices. Would recommend and use again!

I called Ed at all ways plumbing after discovering a burst pipe under my kitchen sink that was flooding my cabinets and floor. He immediately took my call seriously and dispatched a plumber within the hour. The plumber arrived quickly, shut off the water, replaced the damaged pipe, and checked for any additional leaks to prevent future issues. He was extremely professional, clean, and took the time to explain what caused the pipe to burst. My kitchen was back to normal the same day!

NO GUARANTEE ! My 25 ft rooter snake wasn't long enough and Home Depot didn't have a 100ft available, so I hired them. I had already removed the toilet, making it easier. All they had to do is run a 75 foot snake all the way through. At around 40 feet they hit something and pulled out wet wipes and decided that was the problem. I asked them to run it all the way through to make sure, THEY DID NOT! The bill was $525 and in just 4 days it's clogged again. I called and talked with Chris he SAID THEY CAN'T COME OUT FOR FREE. What do you mean free? I ALREADY PAID $525 FOR THE SERVICE NOW YOU WANT ME TO PAY AGAIN? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Very unjust business practice. The technicians were polite and nice. Chris was also polite. But the company's policy and business practices are unjust and unacceptable! Not recommended.

The only place in the Valley where I've gotten fine quality service and saved $$$.

Horrible customer service. I simply asked for a receipt showing the service address and gave me such a horrible attitude.
They claimed tenant said they didn't needed them no more but they couldn't even tell me if it was a male or a female. Lying about it since I used a home warranty I had already paid them in advance.

Side City are amazing people that actually care about people an the work they do. I had a gas leak an left me with no heat or hot water they were there next day to get it fixed an see what they could do to fix it... There very straight forward an honest an do a amazing job!!! There family ran so ur not dealing with a giant company that doesnt care if u dont have heat... Bottom line is they did amazing job an were honest friendly an just want to say thankyou to Side City Plumbing

Great experience. James took the time to make sure I understood the job, as I was very confused. The job was done quickly and very clean which was very important to me because my wife is a clean freak. The price of the job was inline with other estimates I received, I couldn't be happier.

Great company. Maria, their office manager was very helpful and responsive (even after hours, weekends and holidays); in addition to being professional and nice (even though I called and texted hundreds of times).
Their quotes were detailed and the prices very affordable. I was able to schedule the job right away. The entire team came out on time and were prompt to do the job despite how big it was. Their work was excellent and I cannot express how happy I am to have found such a reliable and affordable plumbing company.
By the way, the whole team wore face masks and kept their distance while they worked.

J and his team were recommended to us by a friend who redesigns homes. We hired J to fix an otherwise beautiful home that was neglected by the previous owner. The Red Hawk team were professional and focused, returning over multiple days to get all the jobs done. Good work ethic. No drama. They replaced corroded gas lines, replaced old plumbing, located and fixed leaks behind walls, and installed new shower faucets. They even identified and fixed a dangerous situation (a non-permitted DIY by the previous owner). Honest work. Excellent results. Highly recommend.

I called Suthern Plumbing for an emergency call as we had a blockage in our sewer line and David was able to get to my house within 30 minutes to fix the issue.
