There are no words to say how grateful I am to Kevin’s professional service. From start to finish he was nothing but a pro. He worked hard and quick to have my job done. He took extra time to make sure the job site was clean as he went through the process.

I haven't experienced service for any home repairs or improvements with this level of professionalism, ever. The moment Griffith came to our door, he impressed by striving to detail the process he would follow to clear a clogged drain. He answered questions and always clearly informed us. Then, this became a major drain repair for 80+ year old cast iron and clay. Griffith and Sam patiently described the scope of the repairs and proceeded to get the house plumbing useable and up to new standards. All the workers that appeared, Rene, Jesus and Efraino, were friendly, polite, efficient and left the work areas cleaner than before they began with caution always to avoid damage inside and outside our home. The project was not inexpensive but having two to three people under the house cutting and digging out old sewer sections - I wouldn't want to be under there - was worth it and a relief that the last old plumbing parts are gone. Most of the extensive work was complete in about a day and a half with some finish work, patching and concrete done at the end of two days. Hopefully, we won't need any other plumbing repairs but if we do, we'll call our neighbors at Rooterman.

Harry was amazing! He came out in the middle of a rain storm when a pipe burst under my home. He fixed everything same day! Definitely would recommend!

Jacob arrived and accessed the trouble swiftly. He was very knowledgeable and knew how to find the blockage in the P trap area of the washer utilizing the snake tool.
Their prices are right, their experience was right I will definitely phone them again to handle my plumbing needs for sure.

Thankfully, they had an opening a day before the holidays. They came within a good time frame and even came a little earlier than estimated. The plumber was nice and willing to spend time figuring out our weird stink. A simple clog didn't take too long and was reasonably priced.

I've had several plumbing work, including sewer liner, hot/cold filter dispenser, water heater and garbage disposal. Every time I called, they are very professional and prompt in scheduling appointments. They showed up at the appointment time, stay until they get their job done. They know what they are doing and their fees are reasonable.

Honestly the service man, Raul C, was solid. It’s unfortunate there’s no more mom and pop plumbers in the area. The price gouging is insanity. I ultimately bought my own auger, but still. Props to Raul. V personable

I met with Jacob, George and Beto and everyone was really helpful and thorough with their explanations. Originally, I called Rooter Man for a clogged kitchen sink but we found that the cast iron pipes were in worse conditions (it's a 70+ year old house and previously owners didn't have proper maintenance on the plumbing). Jacob and George explained the whole solution to me and was patience with any questions I had. They took it a step further by looking at my main sewer line and proposed solutions for future issues that they saw (some root damage to the main line). Overall, they were extremely professional and had great customer service. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and I felt I had control over the situation, meaning, I wasn't being pushed or rushed into saying yes. Jacob was super friendly and gave great explanations on the whole process that was easy to understand. Everyone at Rooter Man Plumbing left a positive impression and I would definitely use their services again.

Our home sewerage system had been root filled and the clay piping had cracked and broken all along the line. Rooter Man and the crew with George D, Richard G and John kept us appraised all along the repair process, which resulted in using the “bursting” process to install polyethylene pipes all the way to our property line and then resin based sealer out to the City Sewer line. Lots of deep digging, hydraulic bursting, cleanout pipes, concrete finishing and all is back to normal. We appreciate the professionalism, expertise, courtesy and concern the crews provided. I highly recommend Rooter Man to friends and family. Thank you from the Carters.

My backyard drains completely clogged on Christmas Eve. I called and they quickly sent out Angel to come fix our drains. He was quick and knew exactly what to do to get the drains fixed. It rained that night and into Christmas day and the drains worked perfectly thanks to Angel! Highly recommend for quick and professional work.

Jorge was great. He quickly cleared the drain then removed the toilet for an inspection. He pointed out several problems that should eventually be addressed but there was no pressure to fix them at this time. Great experience all around.

From the process of setting up the appointment to have the drain cleared, everybody was very pleasant and helpful. George came out in the evening, identified the extent of the problem and returned next morning with Juan to remove concrete and earth to get at the source of the problem. The repair was executed very professionally and only the minimum amount of concrete was removed .
The job site was left in a very tidy condition.

Because it's the holidays I don't want to speak ill of anyone. So I won't give you the name of the competitor (Roto) rooter company that I had called to give me their price on this work. Let me just say that rooter man did the job that the competitor was willing to do and rooter man did it fast, efficiently and correctly. The price that the competitor gave me was 12 times as much as rooter man charged. Unless something changes. Rooterman now has a customer for life.

I met with Sam who stopped by to inspect my dilema. He was very professional and sympathetic to my financial situation. He worked with me to get the job done within a reasonable price that I could afford. I can't say enough on how the job was done in 2-days, excellent work and the area was left clean. They even guaranteed their work for 15 years. I feel very happy to have worked with Sam and personnel from Rooter Man Plumbing. I Totally recommend them!
