Julio was very nice and efficient. Good communication and came out on a weekend to help with my sink drain when I put in the request on Friday morning. I’ll be calling them again for future issues!

Julio P is amazing! He came on New Year’s Eve at 1AM to inspect our water heater, and replaced it within the next day. He provided 2 different quotes and was honest with prices. No hidden fees! And super professional and communicative. 10/10 would recommend and call again in a pinch.

Julio from Local plumbers is very professional and efficient. It was a last minute call around 10:30pm on a Friday and he immediately answered our questions and was ready to help. He came that night to help us with our bathtub and sink clogs. He was able to get the job done right away. I would 200% recommend him for any plumbing issues/problems. Trust that he will be there and most importantly he is fair and honest unlike other contractors who will just give you reasons to add up on the cost. His pricing is very reasonable and I am grateful to have found a very good plumber. Try him out and you will truly be happy with their services.

1) Excellent Communication skills – respond to messages/phone calls very quickly; send text messages showing location when en route on a live map, and always arrive on time.
2) Quality of Work & reasonable cot – Julio is great at assessing and explaining different possibilities and options. He focuses on his job, works neatly and efficiently, and charges very fairly
3) Respectful – Julio and his team came prepared with their own shoe covers and cleaned up the area directly surrounding the plumbing issue. He even generously offered to help clean up the flooded area.

Julio lived up to all of the expectations I saw on Google. He did the visit while I was at work, but his integrity is clear either through phone call or text. He gave me his honest opinion on things, even if it meant a delay in his services (replacing pipes, etc). He gave me honest feedback on options that should keep us afloat until we are more prepared for a bigger project. The price was fair and what we expected; he even included a discount which was unexpected, but extremely appreciated. We are new home owners and new to the area, but it’s safe to say we have found our new plumber!

Unfortunately, this company disregards its customers’ time. They make appointments to show up but never do. They don’t even call! Just no call no show and when they do, they blame getting stuck on another job. If that’s true, it’s fine it happens but they don’t have the basic courtesy to call and reschedule or let you know they’re running late.

There are many other options for plumbers. Stay away from this one.

It's been about 3 years since I needed Julio's professional plumbing expertise (replaced a water heater and garbage disposal); and, when both toilets began wasting water by not shutting off completely after flushing, I didn't hesitate to call him. Yesterday, he showed up on time, replaced the fill valves quickly, and gave me a very fair price for the job. This fella knows his stuff! And, on top of his vast knowledge and skills set, he's a helluva nice guy! It's been a joy to see his business grow to where it is today. If you live within his service area, he's the only plumber to call.

Professional and knew what he was doing. Communicative and trustworthy. Advised a very reasonable, cost-effective solution. Offered the lowest bid--by nearly $500, or 25% less--out of nearly half a dozen I received for my broken water heater, which he replaced. A week later, all good. A year's warranty on labor and six years on the Bradford White 40-gallon water heater, one that requires professional installation.

Local Plumbers was recommended to me by my neighbor. Julio was amazing. I needed immediate help to replace an old gas valve that was not up to code and delayed my dryer installation. I called several places who were either unresponsive or who quoted a very high price for 5 min of work (they said it was a quick 5 min job). Julio returned my call and was available within a few hours. He was detail oriented, professional, very clean and respectful of my home, and explained everything. He ensured every gas appliance was working before leaving. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I will only be calling this company in the future. Finding a trustworthy company can be so challenging and as a new home owner, I’ve had my fair share of run ins with less than professional companies. My water heater gave out. So, I have a friend that referred me to local plumbers. I called and got an appointment that was convenient.Their communication is outstanding. They are punctual and give you a call minutes before they arrive. Price was reasonable.
