I called Best quality Plumbing , because we had a pipe leak under kitchen sink, and the plumber went above from my expectations, leak was fixed with no time. best plumbing company around!

My original 30 yr plumber retired, and my hot water heater was leaking onto my floor and carpet. I frantically start searching for a plumbing company, other companies could only come the next day. I looked for Best Plumbing company and Best Quality Plumbing company popped up with a few others. I choose them, I'm so Glad I did, they came in 1 hour and installed a new Water heater and all connections. Service, clean up and professionalism and was pleasant to have them working thru my disaster..
...... However, They will not be my new go to Plumbing company..because I didn't buy their hot water heater, but choose my own brand "Reem" they took advantage of me and way over charged me for the installation. After talking to two other plumbing companies ( one that completed my whole house plumbing and the other whom is my New regular Plumber, I was over charged. They charged me Double the price. They charged ne as if they sold me their hot water Heater, when j bought my own. Crooks is all I can say. BEWARE.

Excellent service for a reliable price.

Sergio showed up about an hour after I called him. He did a great job at fixing the water leak at the base of our toilet bowl and his price is very reasonable. He's very professional and I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Our water heater was leaking. We called Sergio last night, he and the crew showed up this morning. They recommended to replace the heater because the heater that we had was too old already. Sergio took his time explaining how the old heater got the leakage and how we could make sure the new heater stays in good health. The price was affordable and got the job done within hours.

Best plumber out there to be trusted! I was let down by other companies and these guys picked up the slack and were there for me within an hour! I was stranded with an emergency clog backing into my unit on a weekend and they were still able to accommodate. Sergio, the tech that showed up, was very professional and an extremely hard worker! Give that guy a raise, he must have run that snake 3 or 4 times all the way to the street. I highly recommend!!

Called in the middle of the night to fix a clogged drain. Sergio and his helper responded quickly and had the problem fixed within the hour. They are very friendly and professional. Great customer service. Such great service that I had them come out and fix a few plumbing issues in 2 bathrooms. Work was above what was expected. Everything worked better then it did before and looks good too. Clean and thorough with their work. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Sergio, the company owner pointed out a faulty job not realizing his company had done it. They replaced pipes due to a gas leak at my 86 yr old mother’s home and pipes used were wrong type. Once I told Sergio it was his company, he seemed to regret having pointed out the faulty job and assured me he would take care of it. After not hearing from him, I called and he was rude and angry and blamed technicians. He told me to take it up with technician despite the fact that technician no longer worked for company. I spent 3 months trying to contact him by phone and text, to which he has avoided and not responded or returned calls. $1,600 this company pocketed. So if you like giving money to scammers, go right ahead and hire them!

After calling multiple plumbing services it was Sergio who came to my house within 30 minutes. He was very up front about his service and recommended the most economical option to fix my leaking toilet.

We had a bathtub shower cartridge replacement. The guy was very nice and professional. It took 40 minutes for the service and the price was $450. The delta cartridge is $70 with tax if you buy it at Lowe's. According to Angi's article on Oct 2022, the average cost for the shower cartridge replacement in LA is $290, so their price is higher than average. The service was great but I probably get an estimate from other places in the future. I'm happy it's fixed though!

Had a major project which involved eliminating indoor water heater and installing an natural gas tankless water heater outdoor. Sergio was quick to come out and give a thorough quote. He and his crew came out early next morning to begin what would be a 2-3 day project which they completed in 1 1/2 days. He is very respectful, professional, and clean. I highly recommend best quality plumbing. They are honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, straightforward and they are very reasonable with their prices. They removed a cracked pipe from my mainline, including all the roots and replaced it with a new pipe. About 6 hours of work. I am very grateful for the work. There are so many plumbers to call with an emergency like this who will scare you and rip you off. Not these guys. Do not hesitate to call them. They are honest and reliable.
