This certainly is the best plumbing in the valley. They fixed my toilet and was amazing. They cleaned it perfectly and made no mess. It was a fast and and amazing experience, they didn’t interrupt and they were very generous and nice. They did the work witth a smile on their face and gave good energy to me. Once my water heater was installed, they made sure all faucets, showers, & toilets were working correctly. Also, Andrew found a slight problem with my sewer pipe system and He repaired it, saving me $. They walked me through settings of the water heater “if” I wanted to make it hotter. Sergio came within 30 minutes of calling the company. He diagnosed the problem with my shower control valve quickly. He repaired it with a new cartridge. He also replaced my main water valve. He cleaned up after he was done with the job. I highly recommend this company.

Sergio was very courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us options to best solve our problem with a 60 year old house based on his assessment after a thorough examination. He cleaned up his work are leaving it cleaner than it was before his arrival. He fixed our sewer line and drains perfectly. I called Best Quality Plumbing for two clogged shower drains. I was able to get a same day appointment. The tech showed up on time and unclogged both drains within minutes. He snaked out whatever was causing the issue, cleaned up after that he was done, and gave me a reasonable price. Sergio was professional, honest, friendly, and an efficient worker.

I used them for a few projects and all the work was excellent. But the last one was a shower leak that destroyed the ceiling in the kitchen. He covered the hole in the ceiling with brown paper and sent a water damage company to inspect the damage. When it came time to pay it was more than I expected and needed to use the credit card. Sergio insisted the fees were too high and I said I would happily absorb the fees. I was even willing to pay more for the inconvenience. He finally let me pay the original price with the credit card. A week later the leak dripped just a little on the paper in the ceiling. I texted Sergio. No response. Texted again. Nothing. Called, left a voicemail. No response. He ghosted me completely. Be warned. I had to find someone else to do the work.

I had a pipe burst and I called Best Quality Plumbing. Sergio came out and repaired the pipe. He did a professional job. I will recommend him If someone needs a plumber.

Our pressure reducing valve was old and blocked and leaking. Sergio showed up within a half hour of my calling him, assessed the issue, went out to buy the parts and installed the new PRV swiftly. My 88 year old dad who worked supervising building maintenance personnel for 45 years was impressed enough to ask for his card, we'll use Sergio again.

5 Stars Sergio and his team came in and replaced a sewer line and did a magnificent job also added a couple of different valves around the house again, magnificent job. I would recommend best plumbing to anyone with the plumbing issue museum quality work.
