Always a pleasure to work with Leading Edge. They are fast, friendly and get the work done in a timely manner. While I’ve used this company before, this was my first time having Jonathan do work for me and he was a total GEM! Super efficient, very friendly and very kind to my yappy dog. Would happily welcome him back to do any work I need in the future!

I called after hours on a Thursday night due to a clogged kitchen sink and was told someone would reach out to me Friday after eight as it was not an emergency. Enrique called me about half an hour later and an appointment was made for Friday 10-12. Miguel showed up right at ten. He was friendly and professional. He assessed the issue and gave me a fair price. He fixed the problem, verified the sink was unclogged and that there were no leaks under the sink. Great experience and would highly recommend LeadingEdge.

I put in a request for service this am when my kitchen sink was backed up. Tanya from leading edge plumbing reached out to me right away and said she could dispatch someone to me within the next hour. She informed me that Max would arrive to address my plumbing issue in approximately 45 minutes. Max showed up and was friendly professional and did a great job at addressing my plumbing issue. He addressed the issue, had all the tools available, and cleaned up the worksite prior to leaving. I would highly recommend this business for all your plumbing needs. Even my dog liked him.

We had a main line blockage at our facility, called Leading Edge and they were able to sent a technician within an hour. Miguel came out quickly to help service the issue . He was professional, kind, and diligent about his work. The company answer my call on a holiday and promptly arrived to install a new manifold that was stolen at our building. Thanks to JC & Douglas for their hard work.
They were able to restore the water to the building temporarily and will return to install new parts and a cage so they do not steal it again.

The person I spoke to on the phone was great. Miguel came out quickly to help service the bathroom at the business I work at. He was professional, kind, and diligent about his work. I had such a great experience with Esteve. He was extremely kind, professional, and worked very efficiently. He completed the job quickly without cutting any corners, and left everything clean and tidy when he was finished. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled but also so pleasant to work with. Jonathan did a great job installing my Moen Flo auto-shutoff valve, pressure regulator for my irrigation, and sediment trap for my tankless water heater. He and the staff are friendly, communicative, and do great work.

Our Tankless water heater stopped producing hot water last night, so we called LeadingEdge Plumbing. They sent Technician Alex Merino to service and fix the issue. Alex was very helpful and fixed the issue. Thank you, Alex

Steve was very helpful in helping us decide whether it was time to replace our aging water heater. Once we decided, he and Carlos worked together to remove it and install the new one.

Leading Edge was easy to contact and was able to set up same day service in the past when I had an emergency plumbing situation on a weekend after hours as well as same day service for a non emergent issue during regular business hours. The technicians have been nice and very informative. I highly recommend Leading Edge.

Alex was my technician and he was very courteous and friendly. He replaced my toilet due to a leak detection. I also had a few other concerns which he checked for me and gave estimates.

Alex did a great job identifying the problem and fixing it in an efficient and professional manner. He was always very transparent and a great communicator.

I had a shower that wouldn’t turn off and needed the shower cartridges replaced.

Jonathan Rojas came out next day to fix a blocked pipe. He was friendly, professional and fast. Price was clear and there was no upselling. I highly recommend the service.

Five stars! To be very honest, this is probably the best in the valley , I needed them in urgent same-day events and they were available. The staff knows about a variety of plumbing and fittings, and they’re aware of what they are doing. Receptionists are great, and I only had the opportunity to interact with Steve and Miguel and they were great and extremely helpful, both are stellar at their craft. Both explained and answered all my questions and handled every situation possible fantastically. They really did bring peace of mind and their reliability was worth it. Many thanks!
