It's employees like Fernando that make good companies great. He spent 4 days at my house installing a new clean out and repairing a cracked sewer line under the concrete slab in my family room. He worked hard. He worked smart. And most importantly you could tell he cared about the work he did.

We contacted Rooter Man Plumbing Sylmar on 1/.28/25 for $49.00 to unclog our toilet. Harry came out within a few hours and was not able to get it to work properly. He told me our Main Sewer line was very old and made up of old clay pipes and suggested a hydro flush and camera review for almost $600.00 non refundable to see what the problem was. So on 1/29/26 four men showed up for the test with this special machine. The supervisor named Sam then proceeded to show us pictures of our very bad pipes. They were broken and root bound. The price was over $18,000 dollars. After much going back and forth we were approved to finance $15,000 to replace the pipes. My husband and I are retired and on a fixed income, so to take on this financial burden physically made me sick. When they came back to do begin the job, Sam the supervisor came back too and told us our other pipes are bad under the house and we needed to spend $7,000 MORE to repair those. When we said absolutely not, he came down to $4,000. My husband agreed to that price and now our total is $19,760.00. We were approved to up our financing and will probably be dead by the time it will be paid off. They did the work, were very courteous, clean, and friendly. They completed the whole job in 3 days. Our clogged toilets are now working great for 20K.

Had a blockage in my main sewer line. Called Julio and twenty minutes later he was knocking on my door. He had a great professional attitude and carefully walked me through every step of the fix. He will be my plumber going forward. Highly recommended.

Local Plumbers is an amazing company. I was under a lot of stress because we had an active leak from our garage. He was reassuring and came on time. He took his time to explain the step by step procedure and showed me where the issue was. He was very patient and never made me feel dumb for my lack of knowledge, we all know many people get annoyed when you ask questions. It was was extremely reasonably priced. JP and his team did a great, and timely, job fixing our busted sewer pipe - specifically the old clay master sewer line which had crumbled due to age . JP came within 30 minutes of us calling to address the issue. Explained what was going on and answered all of our (many) questions after he conducted a thorough assessment of the issue, which including snaking the line thoroughly. JP was able to stop and drain the water which had flooded our bathroom and came back with his team the next day to replace the pipe. Did a great job and got us up and running again quickly.
